The food was great as always.
You can’t go wrong here!
The service was good but average.
But since when does an Italian restaurant run out of wine, like Pinot Grigio? Also, know what wines should be refrigerated/kept cool and which ones not. I had to ask for a chiller for the bottle of white wine. Here’s what I got….
Are we losing our luster a bit?

After waiting 30 minutes past my reservation time me and my family were seated. We had taken off our jackets, got comfortable, and reviewed the menu and were awaiting the waitress to place our drink order. Abruptly the hostess and 2 servers came to the table began clearing our menus and saying we have to move you. I was confused because all three kept repeating that we have to move you. I asked why and was told the table was reserved for someone else and there was a mistake. They placed us at a shared table with half the space we had at the original table. I asked how to reserve a table as this was not an option when I made my reservation. She said you ask when you come in and the other customer arrived and asked for our table. I said we weren’t 2nd class and if the table was taken the mistake should be resolved with the other customer instead of making us move. 45 minutes later they sat a family at our original table which was right beside us. I can’t help but wonder if this had anything to do with the Rolex on the man’s wrist, the gold chains on the elementary school age children, or that their children were not as dark skinned with curly hair as my children are. They’re solution after I told it was distrustful was to offer free desert and a $25 off card. Most would have taken this and been ok with the situation. I didn’t and explained to my children that you can’t let people disrespect you then buy you so you become complacent. Biggest regret was not realizing what was happening and staying seated at my original table. We are not less than anyone else and shouldn’t be treated like 2nd class citizens.

We were celebrating our Granddaughter on her 14th birthday. Our waiter Austin was absolutely wonderfu!!! And the food was delicious and the portions were huge! The dishes are served family style, which is portions come out like small is big enough for 2 or 3, and the large is enough to serve 6 people. The taste is absolutely on point. If you haven’t eaten their food you are definitely missing out.

Sometimes I enjoy a microwaved meal… but not at a restaurant. If you’re the kind of person that finds the taste of a TV dinner delicious, then you would love to eat here!
The staff is fantastic, very friendly and attentive, but you can tell the food is not fresh.
️ Also, the portions are incredibly large so be sure to come with a lot of people or you’re going to throw things out.
✅ Overall, the experience was fine and the decor was entertaining, but the food was extremely underwhelming. My recommendation would be to make smaller, fresher portion sizes.

Such a fun family restaurant! We love many items on the menu, from family size pastas to grabbing a pizza to-go. Make sure to sign up for their emails as there are many discount opportunities each month. Great Italian food and a fun atmosphere.

This was my first time here and it was a PHENOMENAL experience! Our waitress Erica was excellent and knowledgeable and so very sweet. We even got a tour of the cool rooms available to reserve. We ate in the wine room but will for sure be reserving the kitchen table next time! Also, when they say a small portion feeds 3 people, believe them! Massive portions and delicious food. The tiramisu is to die for!

This place is a glorified Fazoli’s.
Ate here what’s my family last night. For chicken alfredo and another dish along with three beverages the ticket was $100.
Service was absolutely unimpressive… Felt like we were a burden to our server. There were other sat after our order had been taken who received their food significantly before we did. Again, noodles…
Had to prompt the server multiple times for refills… Unacceptable.
It was slow and now I know why… This place is no longer good for the value any longer.

We went here on Christmas Eve hoping to start a new family tradition. Unfortunately, it turned into one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had.
We had reservations for 7:30 PM and were not seated until 9:15 PM. During that entire time, dozens of families were standing around with no communication, no updates, and no apparent concern from the hostess, who seemed completely unbothered by the chaos. What made it more frustrating was that there were open tables throughout the restaurant, yet there was zero coordination or effort to move people along or find solutions.
Once we were finally seated, there was no acknowledgment whatsoever of the ordeal we’d just been through. The waitress made no mention of the delay and gave off the impression that she was simply ready to go home. A manager was nowhere to be found, at least not one who took ownership of the situation or tried to make things right.
Christmas Eve is a busy night. I get that. But this wasn’t about volume; it was about poor organization, lack of leadership, and total indifference to guests who had planned their evening around a reservation.
We genuinely wanted this to become a Christmas Eve tradition, but after this experience, we won’t be back. Disappointing, especially for a night that’s supposed to feel special.

Beware when you order pick up catering orders over the holidays. Despite ordering days in advance and pre-paying for a large order for a Christmas Eve family celebration, the restaurant was in complete chaos. People had been waiting for over 3 hours to pick up their to go orders. There were probably close to 50 people waiting in the front entrance area for pick up orders as well as for dinner reservations which were also extremely delayed. Management was literally in the kitchen preparing food. It took 20 minutes to speak with a manager. Logistically they should not have accepted the volume of orders and reservations that they did so families could have made other arrangements. Eventually we were able to pick up our order which was 30 minutes late. Other families orders were not processed at all. They left with no food.

First time going and it was amazing! Started off with cheese sticks and meatballs and it was a lot of food. Next we all ordered different things like lasagna, chicken Alfredo, cheese pizza, Ravioli, and Something with Brussels sprouts. Everything was amazing. My only complaint was garlic bread isn’t included in the meal and is a separate charge. It is a great place to get the whole family together and get a lot of food.
