First time visitor. I met up with a friend from Cincinnati, I’m from Louisville to eat here. I’ll be honest I wasn’t expecting much. But I ended up having an amazing meal here. The atmosphere here was very pleasant. The waitress gave excellent service and was knowledgeable about the menu. I had Joe’s Baked Spaghetti with a house salad with bleu cheese. All the food was amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Great Spot for North American Style Pizza
I was in the Carrollton area for business and had finally had the chance to try this Hometown Pizza location. I have often driven by this location and heard about it from locals. We arrived around dinner and the restaurant was starting to fill up. Our server came to our table immediately and reviewed some of the popular dishes. I ordered their Grilled Chicken Salad and an individual ‘HomeTown Special’ pizza made with pepperoni, ham, Italian sausage, pork sausage, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and black olives. The salad was plentiful and filling and I had to take my pizza to go which I heated up and enjoyed later. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly and even the manager came out to check on us during our visit. Overall, a great spot for pizza, salads, sandwiches and pasta.

The food and service were great! I had a personal pizza with pepperoni on thick crust and my other half had a pizza salad. The personal size pizza was the perfect amount of food for me and the salad was more than he could eat. My pizza had a nice amount off sauce, lots of gooey cheese, the pepperoni was perfectly crispy around the edges, and the crust was deliscious. His salad was crisp, full of toppings, and very tasty. Aside from the unpleasent bathroom smell that comes into the dining area slightly, our visit was very nice.

My coworkers said this place had awesome food, and they were not wrong. This is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in quite some time. I was recommended the thick crust by our waitress Carmen, and it was delicious. It was crunch on the bottom, just soft enough on the inside.
We had the chicken barbecue pizza, the chicken Alfredo pasta, bacon cheese fry, and apple pie pizza. I recommend everything we had.
I will be stopping here again in the future.

Had a thick crust pizza and pretzel sticks. Both were hot and perfectly made. Others with me had the Alfredo but didn’t like it so much. I didn’t try it myself.

We come all the way from Campbell county KY and today I asked the young woman taking my order after I she had ran my card already to make sure the toppings are evenly all over the pizza and she got smart with me and said I think they know what they are doing, I would have cancelled my order but I had already paid for it! After 20 minutes I went back in to get it and I had to ask for plates and napkins, she gives me one of each and I take the pizza to my family and it was a mess, some pieces didn’t have any toppings on them and just cheese and others had to many or hardly any, this is on going and I tried to make sure this didn’t happen again but it did because they know what they are doing, really lol !!! Not at all worth 24 dollars!

Went here with my family…. THE BEST pizza, They are perfect, the pizza is perfect and you better try it with Parmesan. I tried their bacon fries, and a personal pan pizza. I was expecting the average food and people just glaze, but NO. This is better then average, better then papa John’s, dominoes, jendys, and even Pizza Hut! Not the worst price range to, and even good drinks! 9/10

This restaurant has went downhill since new owners took over. I always ordered my chef salads from here because they had the best. They were made with green salad mix with Romaine lettuce and grape tomatoes with 4 pieces of garlic bread ..now it’s made with iceberg lettuce which has no nutritional value and they chop up the tomatoes and you get 2 pieces of garlic bread now. Carrollton restaurant still serves with oil&vinegar but the Bedford restaurant no longer has it so I won’t be going back there. We ordered a small pizza..half cheese and half sausage
When they brought it..it was all sausage so ended up picking the sausage off mine. Why don’t they leave things like they were instead of trying to cut back on the quality of the food to save money? If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. They may have lost me as a customer since I probably will be going somewhere else for my chef salad .

Hometown has been a hometown favorite for over 35 years! Their food is delicious and their pizza the best! My favorite is the deep dish! It’s a great atmosphere and the service has always been tops!
