Dry wings with barely sauce or flavor . Paid 3.49 for some vegetables and got old, soggy, slimy peppers you can almost see through with a couple pieces of celery and old, brown, soggy broccoli. Also half of an order of fries is like a small fry from Arby’s, 3.99. Zero food quality control. Won’t be ordering from there again even though I’ve been there a lot of times. Tipped before I picked up my food from carry out too so yeah thanks.

I come here for lunch every Friday and it never disappoints. The wings are always on point, the food comes out fast, and it’s a perfect spot to unwind in the middle of the day. Alexis behind the bar is awesome—super friendly, attentive, and always makes you feel welcome. Consistency like this is hard to find, which is why I keep coming back week after week. Highly recommend for a great lunch and great service.

Just grabbed an order of 80 wings and sadly there was hardly any sauce at all in 50 of the 80 which were Hot wings. Spending over 100.00 on wings in these times is hard enough to swallow but when you do and it ends up being this terrible it makes you not want take the risk anywhere else and just keep cooking at home which unfortunately we should have done instead of spending a big percentage of paycheck on something so lack luster it makes one feel guilty for even doing it! The other 30 were fine and saucy so atleast 1 of the 7 of us was satisfied. Service was great also. As you can see in the photo there is a tiny dab maybe on the wings and that’s it they were very very dry

Always delicious food and fun atmosphere. The staff are amazing, whether it’s just adults or with my kids. One of our families go-to places for sure!

Jess M. at the Waynedale location is the best worker I’ve ever witnessed. Never misses a beat, makes sure to keep the beer and stomachs full. Jackson is always a welcoming face with lots of enthusiasm for making connections with everyone here at the bar. Jolene is constantly checking in and making our time well worth it!

The entrance is in the back and that makes the parking lot odd. Service is good, but refills aren’t fast. Par for the course at any Wings Etc. this last time wasn’t bad as long as you don’t suck it down fast. I don’t get the wings because the sauce never looks right. Though maybe it’s better. The burger pretty good. Kind of skimpy on the fries but I probably don’t need to be a big back. Was with group of ten from work. Lots of TV’s on sports to watch. Not bad nothing special, good variety on the menu

Absolutely aweful experience. The clientele was obnoxious. From the idiots screaming in my ears about the football game to the weirdo by himself dressed in a skirt and blouse. The food was terrible, burnt and dry. The waitress brought my great nieces food out first, then 20 minutes later brought my 91 year old Dad’s burnt burger and a couple other overcooked dishes, then she proceeded to tell us at the last minute that there was no philly beef for the sandwich my nephews wife ordered. Don’t get me started on the dry and disgusting pork tenderloin I got for myself. What an absolutely terrible experience for $105.00. My family will never be back.

Super bummed. I hated this location 10 years ago and came back to try since it is way closer to my house than bdubs. Pickles were stupid burnt, tnt sauce is literally black pepper soup that coats half the wings and I am pretty sure there were only 2 wait staff working. I will never come back to this location ever and I’d suggest you don’t as well.
The picture of all the food is all the food I left and HAD to pay for. Absolutely hated this experience. $83 was the bill for this and I am embarrassed for this establishment.

Placed an order over the phone. I live 1/2 miles from the location. Food was not only cold but you could tell it was old the chicken in my sandwich could have been used as a boat anchor and my wife $14 dollar salad, give me a break there was barley any salad and it was wilted no tomatoes on it like it was supposed to have and the chicken was just as dry. What a disaster we will never go back to Wings ETC..

I was excited to try Wings Etc after the remodel. It used to be one of my favorite spots in Waynedale. What an underwhelming experience. Prices increased for food that was dry and seemed to be cooked in an air fryer. The establishment was not busy at all yet, we were seated on the far side of the divider (1/2 wall) and nearly forgotten about. My husband had to get up to locate a staff member to request utensils. Also, very unimpressed with the layout of the place after the remodel. Removing the front entrance gives a less than welcoming vibe. There’s a door to the far left for emergency exit which has an arrow pointing to the right saying Use Other Door. Very misleading since there isn’t another door to the right. Instead, you must walk through the area designated as the drive thru to get to the back of the building to the only entrance. Speaking of drive thru. This is not a real drive thru. It’s a pickup window. There’s a difference. Order ahead and pick up at the window. Don’t expect to order at a speaker and pull forward for food. The “drive thru” starts at the front of the building, with a sharp right and then a sharp left. Seems really odd to not just start on the side to enter. It’s very risky to have cars drive toward your building. One slip of the foot and you’re going to drive through the front of the building where customers are seated. If you paid money for this remodel, you should request a refund.
