I would like to take a moment to recognize a few outstanding employees at this location — Andrea, Sonila, Dave, and Tra’shell. Their customer service skills are truly top-tier. Every time I visit, they are consistently polite, helpful, and full of positive energy.
Even when they’re not all working together, each of them brings such great energy to the store. But when they are together, they make a phenomenal team — they feed off each other in the best way possible. I always make sure to tell them how much I appreciate the wonderful job they do and how great they are to me and my daughter.
I genuinely feel they deserve acknowledgment for their exceptional service and the positive atmosphere they create. I’m truly pleased to have them as part of the Starbucks team I visit regularly.

Always have a pretty good experience here. With today being the first day of the PSL season, my order came out promptly and the older man at the window who greeted me was very poised and polite. Made my experience that much better. Also got a cutesy message on my drink. Good job to the staff and management for doing great on such a hectic day of the year for them!

This Starbucks is our go-to every time we are on our way to the Keys because it is located on the right side of the street heading south. We were on our road trip with our chihuahuas and didn’t want to get out of our packed suv. It is very convenient and popular for Key travelers. The vibe is efficient, friendly and quick. They are open 24 hours.
The drive thru employee was very nice and helpful. I ordered an iced grande Vanilla Latte and my daughter ordered an iced grande White Mocha. Both tasted great and gave us good energy. As a treat to start off our mini-vacay the right way, we also ordered the little Birthday Cake pops. If you haven’t tried those little gems, you should. They are great with Starbucks coffee!

Hi guys and ladies, if you’re coming by Florida city you gotta stop at this starbucks location the service the people are outstanding. To everybody that’s headed by and going to Key West. Stop by this location guys is worth your time. Great coffee good food but most of all truly phenomenal nice people. ✌ The manager is on top of it and super nice.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and I’ve never had any complaints until the last month. It started with an Uber eats order where they left out a drink. Uber wouldn’t correct it so I had my spouse drive to get it over 30 minutes after the order was placed. They refused to remake the drink even though they left it out. I have since had 3 drinks directly from them that have had way too much milk. Most recently, I had a milk slush that was supposed to be a caramel ribbon frappe. I’m not sure what has changed at this location but I’m hoping it gets corrected.

I strongly believe that this is the best Starbucks location in Homestead. I have had many terrible orders at the other locations, but this location is pretty consistent with how they make your drinks and orders and I think it’s overall the best in homestead

This is a typical Starbucks coffee shop that would give you an experience you expect from Starbucks. We always go here almost every week and their service is great. Tho there are times they are understaffed resulting for a long wait for your coffee. At times, the signal and wifi connection are down but overall, our experience is almost always great.

Three stars because it is starbucks ♀️ the drink I tried was the berry lemonade. I didn’t realize it was like Boba at the bottom! I think this is a great drink for kids. I’d order it with light ice next time. And it matching nails was total coincidence!
