Ordered a jr bacon chs burger biggie bag asked for honey bbq sauce on side they gave me honey mustard. Then also had them put mustard and katchup on burger well they put it on there alright to much. Like this is not how you make a burger if you don’t like your job get a different job.

I went in on Feb 3 around 3:30 and the lady with the cane that was working just wasn’t friendly. She walked up and i showed her my QR code and shes like what’s that? I said its my rewards code to earn points. I said can you scan it? She picked up a scanner and scanned it. But did not receive any points for my order. Just didn’t look like she wanted to be there and wasn’t very friendly. The Food was at least fresh and fast!

Had a 5 star review up from a few months ago for the night crew. Definitely not the same anymore. Ordered so much with the 2 biggie bags, only received one of the fries and the nuggets only had 3 in them. No straws and heaven forbid you get a response when a customer says thank you so what id like to do is sincerely apologize for disturbing the people getting paid to be there. Won’t happen again but other people who hand you money which In turn keeps your paycheck coming will so counting to 2, 4 and responding when people speak to you is something that what you get paid to do entails.

Food was terrible and service was terrible. We went through the drive through and stopped for food on the way to my volleyball tournament and they put us almost 20 minutes behind for literally 2 burgers and fries. Which good thing we had extra time to spare. The food was literally the worst Wendy’s we have ever had, and we are Wendy’s lovers. They literally had a sign that said “try our fries on the spot and if they aren’t good get a free replacement” which is ridiculous that you should even have to put a sign up like that. This morning I arrived to Wendy’s at 8:00AM and due to staffing, I knocked on the drive through window and I was let in by a employee. Moments later, I was told by another employee that the lobby isn’t open. I simply responded by saying that I was let in by another employee and he explained that you all are short-staffed. She walked away mumbling under her breath, and I stood there wondering I she’s going to offer to take my order to go atleast. I sat down patiently waiting for a better time to place my order, but I couldn’t help but sink/sulk that I felt so unwelcomed by her. She always complains when something is outside of her Drive-thru responsibilities. I had anticipated my breakfast here this morning, so that wasn’t the best way to start my day. I hope she improves on having a better “can do” customer service attitude. Thejob is pretty simple afterall. Thanks to Donnie, he turned my entire day right around, providing simply excellence food and customer service. I will continue to order pick-up and dine in at the restaurant. Yay! Thank God!!!

By far the worst Wendy’s around. They lost three customers in the drive thru because they wouldn’t take anyone’s order while they sat there and talked amongst each other. Don’t bother calling there either, the phone just rings busy. I will never go there again.

It seems 8 out of 10 times this particular Wendy’s shows that it’s not like any other Wendy’s. It’s just really really poorly run. They can’t get food out in any reasonable amount of time. I decide to give him one more chance. I’m writing this review while waiting for my mobile order. It’s been 15 minutes since I showed up. 20 minutes since I put in the mobile order. doesn’t make me feel good that the mass are pulled down around the chin either. January 2nd at 8:15 a.m..
UPDATE: I got the food after 18 minutes. The quality of food here is so inferior and is so apparent. In one sandwich they used two bottom pieces of bread. Cheeses was cold.

Tragically it was a very disappointing experience. Our future workforce is in jeopardy.
A last revisited while in the area, because I love Wendy’s. Service is worse than my previous experience. Intending to dine in the server Ashley didn’t bother to ask me if it was take out or dine in. After receiving my order, I asked her for a tray as I will be eating it in store. She gets snippy and informs me that I “didn’t tell her that”, last time I checked it wasn’t my job to ensure the collection of Dine in fees. So I gave her an additional dollar to ease the burden of the store. As I sat to eat I was given ketchup packets that had an sticky substance on them. Do better Wendy’s it’s not difficult to serve loyal customers. Been a Wendy’s fan since 1978 born in 1972.
