I went to the location on Davis near Polk St. and I asked for a Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, chocolate overload cake, and Dr. Pepper and my friend ordered a breakfast sandwich combo w/o any meat, with a hash brown and orange juice. We paid and when the order was brought to us, I checked the bag and it was the BOX marked Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger, so I didn’t think I needed to actually look in the box. She forgot or O.J. so she comes back, we told her, she gave it to us, we left. We get to our destination, take the stuff out of the bag, no hash browns, and no bacon on my burger. I called up there but got no answer, so we drove back up there, went back through the drive through, told the girl and she said and I quote, “oh I’m so sorry, I wasn’t here yet but drive on up and I’ll make it right” we pulled up, gave her the receipt and guess what, IT WAS THE SAME GIRL!! She gave us the hash brown, asked for the burger back and said she would have them make a fresh one. She brought it back really quick and made it a point to tell us that they made it fresh if I wanted to check it. IT WAS THE SAME BURGER, with bacon stuck on there and it was cold! She said well they told me they just made it. I said no it’s cold and it’s the same burger. She asked for it back and I then said “NO, I’ll keep it and you’ll make me another one.” She then said, “you want me to charge you for another one?” I said we had to drive all the way back up here, you tried to fake me out, I’ll hang on to it until I get a fresh one! She finally brought the fresh burger and still asked for the mistake back and I told my friend ” let’s go”!

Jack-in-the-Box Tacos were the very first ones I ever heard of more than 55 years ago and I love them. Perhaps the drive-thru lady couldn’t believe her ears when I specified “no sauce” on the tacos. Instead, I was given a super sloppy amount of hot sauce which caused me to have to discard much of each taco. But I ate them anyway, because they’re SO GOOD!

This is THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX . I love eating the food but this particular one is so poorly managed . I would like to contact franchise owner because nobody ever wants to actually work here and they always have an excuse why they can’t serve you. Just left from here NOW and the lady said they are closed . When I passed by the window she seemed to be texting on her phone and chuckling . Last I checked they are opened 24 hours . Oh also they only accept cash some days and other days they haven’t received the new shipment of food. Don’t come here if your hungry ! Go somewhere where they will actually serve you.

Tried to place an order on uber eats it took 2 drivers to tell me that you are closed. Change your hours online and on uber eats so you dont have this problem again. I am done ordering from this location.

I’ve never had a problem with the food when it’s available. Day crew hands down is better at service. Day crew gets a 5 for outstanding service. My pm visits are 50/50. The pm staff doesn’t seem prepared and sometimes it takes 5 min to be acknowledged at drive thru. On 2 occasions I’ve waited a long time and then get told at the window the item is not available Just let someone know immediately so their not waiting for nothing
