This location is awful, I thought some of the other reviews were exaggerating but absolutely not. There wasn’t a line when we went inside but the employees were so curt and rushed. They gave the smallest portion of food i’ve ever received from any panda ever. And when I got home I realized my cabbage from my super greens had mold. Needless to say I won’t be attending this location again due to the poor customer service, quality, and portion size.

I have been a few Panda Express shops and this one was impressive. The food was fresh and appetizing. The staff were amazing and qualified. We came in alone, then behind us were 2 more groups. The staff switched into position from 1 person to 3 and another support. All to meet the needs of incoming customers. They all were polite and effective in their jobs. It was refreshing to experience as these days staff greeting and efficiently is low. I will definitely return.

The first time Panda Express eater; I’m very impressed with the cuisine behind the glass of the cafeteria style serving system.
The parking lot and inside of the building was incredibly clean considering the amount of customers flooding through the doors and drive thru!
It also has 24 hour surveillance system that notifies the parking lot that it’s there lol! But you’re Safe!
My wife said she gives it 4/5 stars, as do I!

Be careful here i found mold on my food, manager says they pull it out of a box so not thier fault. I’d add photos but don’t see a option for that

The service was amazing but i have to say the opposite of my food. I opened it up and saw the beef in my broccoli beef was grey and gross looking. The kung pao chicken was chewy and also just gross. I also got some rangoons and there was no cream cheese in any of the three I got. I ate some of the beef and chicken and started to feel nauseous and threw up. Usually this location is great but after this, i’m put off of panda for a while…

Tiffany the front cashier is THE WORSE THING that I have ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. The amount of times she has rolled her eyes and given me attitude is horrible! Great food but Eubank location is very scary at night. Security guard roaming-good! But management slowing things down to take complaints from customers. Manager stated slow the line down so I can speak to angry man?

My go to place when I visit Big Lots. I was saddened to learn that the Spicy Orange Chicken was not available, but I settled for the regular Orange Chicken and Fried Rice.
Yummy . You can’t go wrong at this place, folks. Fresh and tender, did I mention juicy. Never dried out.
In my Gizzard this place is A+++++++.

terrible customer service, lady at the window is very rude. I heard her tell many customers to hurry up and order because they were closing when it says they don’t close until 10:30 and this was at about 10:00 o’clock. As i am writing this review they are STILL OPEN. they need better employees and better customer service this is ridiculous.
