The employees at this Taco Bell literally do not care about you. It’s near my work, so I’ve been here often, and every time I regret it. Today, I watched the employees behind the counter completely ignore a mother and her daughter at the counter who just wanted to order. They literally wouldn’t even say hi or acknowledge her existence the entire time until she gave up after 10 minutes and walked away. I placed my order on the kiosk, which I don’t mind. When my food came up, the employee threw it on the counter and walked away, and wouldn’t even give me my drink. I had to go behind the counter myself and pick out my own drink cup. Not a manager or leader in site the entire time. The service here is a complete joke.

Many of my family and friends go to the taco bell on CY because they are amazing and go above and beyond, I attended this one for the 4th time only because we’ve moved much closer to this location. It was clean and most staff was friendly. However I cannot say the same about the timing. I only ordered a few soft tacos this evening and waited for over 17 minutes. I am not sure if id be returning back to this location anytime soon. its not the first time I waited so long even for even just a drink and no other customers were inside, no cars except 3 towards the drive thru parking lot, no one was in the drive thru, completely empty not to mention it took me more than 10 minute for anyone to take my order from inside. I’d understand if there was a large online order for pick up but no one was making any food while I was inside the store, more or less chit chat amongst drive thru and others towards the back.

It’s fast food so there’s not much to say about it, sometimes they mess up your food sometimes they don’t. I know customer service is nearly non-existent pretty much everywhere these days, but a smile goes a long way instead of just a bunch of employees that look like they could stick their head in a fryer at any moment.

I haven’t had Taco Bell in over 3 years. I mentioned that to the guy that took my order. He helped me figure out the self ordering things, but told me I could just order with him if I rather. He was very nice and helpful. Food wasn’t what I remembered – maybe my buds have changed, but the shell tastes stale and my Mexican pizza was rubbery. Not what I thought I used to taste years ago. Quick service though!

Complete joke. They have only ever consistently gotten my order wrong or failed to provide all items I’ve purchased. Be sure to Thoroughly check that ALL items are included before leaving because the staff is entirely incapable of it. Unprofessional, unintelligent and a terrible way to treat customers. I boycotted this place after they gave me an old and cold box full of nachos when I had ordered a build your own deluxe box (yeah not even close) had to turn around drive 20 mins back just to get correct order and they handed my box to me with all my items being cold at that point. ZERO points on that customer service interaction. Well first day back to giving them a chance they gave me an incomplete order. I would never recommend eating here. Ever.

we wanted lots of sauce, and a deluxe box. we got no sauce and we got no box. horrible service. lastly, I FOUND A PUBE HAIR IN MY DAMN CHEESE SAUCE FOR MY NACHO FRIES!! HORRIBLE!!

So…the last Taco Bell review I left was because of how long it took to get my food, evoking a negative review, so I thought I better comment when things go well.
We’ve had a running joke about Taco Bell. In Lincoln NE, they were always freezing and slow. When we got here, during the noon hour, there was a long line in the drive through. We went inside, ordered, got our food very quickly and it is comfortable inside. Great Job!

Really, Taco Bell. Bring a classic back and treat it this way. Used to be my favorite. I’ve only been able to order it twice. This one was cold. The last one looked worse. but at least somewhat warm. Kicker. It’s late at night when nobody is in line. It should be done right. Second pic was Feb 28th. By the time I ordered to drive up to the window. I got this. Plus they forgot stuff. Mind you. I was the only customer in line. Lobby was closed. Come home 3 minutes away to this and cold. I asked being a regular customer with other stuff. Excited to see it back. For a remake. Told no. That’s hownitnis. It was un edible. Can we give negative stars somehow. Reached out politely to higher ups. No response. These were two different orders. Has anyone reached ou from TB. Nope! I’ve even called.. one looks disgusting m. The Ither looked like it was dropped. they laughed and did nothing. Taco Bell for ya!

I hate making bad reviews but I’m sick of paying for things that I order that don’t make it in the bag. I get it people make mistakes but this has happened to me almost every single time I get take out. Please start paying more attention. There was only 2 other cars in line it’s not like y’all were busy.
