Food was great ! went with my boyfriend just for a quick date night. Cole the manager was visible and very welcoming the whole time going from table to table checking in on people and making sure they knew he was there to not just take over for the server but help them. He seems like a great manager who sees his employees as a beneficial part of the night 🙂

We’ve been here before with no problems but this visit our server seem to be preoccupied. Took her order immediately and that was great but after our food came out she didn’t come back for a substantial amount of time. We were waiting for refills on drinks and she never did bring the bill until we already were figuring out how to pay on the kiosk which is not something I would typically have done. Awesome experience except for the service this time.

Cole, the manager was extremely helpful with our request on mozzarella sticks. The last 8 times that we ate here the mozzarella sticks were cold. He also made us feel comfortable at our local apple bees. The waitress was also very friendly and helped on any request we had also. Highly recommended.

Always an amazing experience! We recently sat at the bar and had Jolene serve us ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ !! If you ever find yourself at Applebee’s, make sure to hunt down Jolene, the best bartender! Not only does she serve drinks like a pro, but her sense of humor is top notch. Cheers to Jolene, the queen of the bar! ✨

We absolutely LOVE going to Applebees when Jolene is bartending. She is the best!!! She remembers our names and treats us like family. When we walk in and see that she is bartending ~ we sit at the bar for our dinner that way, we KNOW we are getting the best service and awesome conversation.

10/10 experience at the Hudson location. Service was awesome, my wife and I came in and I was served the best cheese burger by our waitress Avery. She was a really kind person. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve had a few bad experiences at other Applebee’s locations, but I have been coming to the Hudson location for many years, and it is very consistent and always good.

We asked for a booth, the host said we couldn’t because there was no server on that side, which was fine and we were understanding. Two people came in right after us and got a booth, then another couple came in and got a booth as well, and so on. we requested a booth and got an uncomfortable table. terrible customer service.
