Really clean waffle house, would recommend going. The staff was really nice, everyone working that day was so nice. Our order was made just right, waitress was really friendly the food was great. The place was clean, I would make a comment, the men’s restroom needs a new lock. The lock did not work so if you are sitting on the throne a person could walk in.

I visited Waffle House #2195 again and the atmosphere was totally different from my last visit, in the BEST way. The restaurant was clean, the service was fast, and every employee I encountered was pleasant and welcoming.
The manager, Africa, was doing an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly, and my server Amaris was amazing — very friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Oh and the Restroom was clean!
You can really tell when a team takes pride in what they do, and this location definitely does. I’ll absolutely be back. Everyone seemed like they were glad to be at work, which was surprising!!! Great job to the entire staff!

I stopped by Waffle House for breakfast today, and I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had here in a long time. I usually come in from time to time, but today really stood out.
My server was Dianna, and she was great—friendly and attentive. But what really caught my attention was Miss Ashley (I believe that’s her name from her name tag). I sat near the open kitchen, where you can see everything, and Miss Ashley was leading the team like a true professional. She made sure everyone was cleaning as they worked—every surface, every drop, every tool. It was impressive to watch.
The kitchen and restaurant looked spotless and well-organized. Honestly, I had stopped coming as often because the waffle machine and area used to look messy. But today, it looked completely different—clean, fresh, and well-maintained.
My daughter asked me to bring her, and I wasn’t even planning to order anything, but after seeing how clean and attentive the staff was, I changed my mind. I ended up enjoying a great meal in a pleasant environment. Big shoutout to Miss Ashley and the whole team for keeping the place running smoothly and clean. I’ll definitely be back soon

Stopped by for an early breakfast with my brother his wife and mines..the service was friendly,felt rt at home ..food was delicious and cooked n ready in no time..Everytime I was gonna ask 4 sumtin,they were already bringing it to our table!! Couldn’t have done a better job,they as in the cooks,and our waitress were flawless,perfectly flawless!!

The service was very discriminatory. It took forever to bring what I ordered, even though I only ordered waffles and the place was practically empty. The young woman who served me had better things to do than chat with her colleagues instead of attending to me and other people who weren’t of her race. It’s not the first time I’ve been treated poorly. Their preference for people of their own race is very obvious. It’s a shame to feel this way when you’re just going out to eat with your family. This will be the last time I put up with this; I will never return.

Sunday afternoon is very busy, 30+ minute wait. Coffee was good. Chocolate chip waffle cold (waitress forgot the chocolate chips and the gentleman merely placed a handful on top of the cold waffle). Over medium eggs with raw egg pouring out after cutting into. Cold toast with unmelted butter. Two additional slices of toast added to other order that were not requested… Also cold with unmelted butter. Will not return.

Hey, breakfast here is awesome! I came with my son, and I wish we could have dinner like this at home! The only downside is the AC is way too cold (bring a sweater!), and the place looks a bit run-down. But hey, that’s part of the charm of a suburban Texas diner!

Drinks never arrived. Reminded waiter about it and he said my bad and then completely forgot about us again. Food was about the standard for waffle house. They also were playing the worst rap music I’ve ever heard on their own Bluetooth speaker when we left.

This is my second time eating from Waffle House. This time I want to make sure that they wouldn’t put too much chocolate chip on my waffle. He did a good job. The taste was excellent. The environment was very busy, and unfortunately, two waitresses were openly arguing—seemingly about another waitress of a different ethnicity moving the hot coffee jug. My to-go order was scheduled for pickup at 8:47 AM, but it wasn’t ready until 9:01 AM when my name was finally called.
Better service management is needed, especially considering that customers may have appointments—and in my case, I’m pregnant and was feeling quite hungry. The waitress seemed distracted, handling multiple other tasks, and I wasn’t able to leave with my order until 9:03 AM. This delay was frustrating and avoidable.
