Locally owned, family run seafood and oyster house on Eglin Parkway. Rick’s specializes in steamed and grilled seafood plates and also offers cuts of beef, chicken and excellent ground steak burgers. Boiled crawfish March thru June, is our biggest seasonal draw. We boil every Sunday between these dates at 1pm. Come get em early before they’re gone! Rick’s also offers a sports bar with all the games including the NFL Sunday ticket. Come and see us!

From the moment we walked in, it was so pleasant and inviting. Our server Kiki was so sweet and had plenty of suggestions for us folks that have never been there before! We got the crab soup, the calamari, garlic butter parm oysters, grouper dinner, fried fish nuggets with gouda grits and coleslaw, coconut cream pie, and Derby pie. Only got a picture of the pies because the meal was so delicious we ate it all before we even remembered to take photos! This is definitely one of those places you don’t want to miss out on. 10/10

After our flight and checking in the hotel, we came to Rick’s to grab dinner. Our server was friendly and dinner was delicious. I had blackened Jumbo Shrimp, my husband had blackened Mahi Mahi (fish of the day), our older son had catfish and our younger son had a fried fish po’boy sandwich. Everything was really good and the reviews we checked before dinner at Rick’s did not set expectations too high- Rick’s lived up to those great reviews!

We loved dining here. If you’re looking for that hometown restaurant where the locals go, this is it. It’s a comfortable space with that small town vibe. Our waitress was so nice and attentive. The food was very good. Not everywhere has crab claws on the menu, so I was very pleased they did. My wife loved the crab stuffed grouper. We will definitely return.

The food here was delicious! Some of the best shrimp tacos I have had in a while. I really wanted crab legs but prices for crab were a bit high. Especially when I had gotten them the day before at another restaurant close by for half of the price they were charging. Staff was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. First time dining in this restaurant with my family. We had a wonderful experience the sea food was delicious! Food on Kids menu was good the menu itself was a drawing paper and they gave crayons pencils for kids to get busy with, a cleaver idea. When we first pulled up, I’ll admit, we were a little hesitant. The outside looked a bit rough, like one of those places you second guess walking into. But wow, are we glad we gave it a chance! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The service was fast, the atmosphere inside was warm and the food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with care. This place is a hidden gem ~ proof that looks can be deceiving. We did come in around a time where the AC must have been slow or messed up as it was very hot inside the building but, highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area!

We loved this place. It is off the beaten path and seemed populated by more locals than tourists. Our server Aisha was friendly, the restaurant had a good vibe, and the food was great – hot, fresh, tasty. We got to go pie which we haven’t had yet, but it is definitely pretty.
