First time eating a burger from this place and to my surprise it was pretty good, the fries was excellent as well. Definitely will be ordering from here again. My meal was less then 12.oo so and that includes a drink as well.

Went here for a DoorDash pick up and let me just say that if I would never order food here ever. Not only are the employees just playing around talking. They’re making their Line weight excessively because of it in addition to that see the picture where they’re not using gloves in order to safely handle food A+ rating for their safety evaluation. I think it needs to be checked by the department of health here.

The 3-stars are not a reflection of the food. The food is 5-stars. Some of THEE best fast food ever, especially those homestyle burgers. However, the service is not so great…never fails, no matter the location, everybody acts like they don’t want to be at work, which I totally understand bc who likes work? BUT in a customer service role, kindness is part of the job. If you can’t be kind, maybe choose another job. The wait for the food is also a bit long, but everything seems to be made fresh, plus, again, the food is AMAZING, so it’s well worth the wait. Honestly, the food (and ice cream) is so good, you’re willing to deal with the bad attitudes and the waits. Lol.

I mean come on! It’s Dixie Queen. The wings are inconsistent and overpriced but They’ve never missed when I get two Triple cheeseburgers everything light mayo w/Kool aid. For the price and flavor, they beat out ANY fastfood burger spot.

It took awhile to get my order but it was worth the wait
The staff was amazing which made the long wait tolerable. My food was served hot and fresh just the way I like it ..side note……
There are 2 other Dixie queens closer to me but I choose this one all the time because of the fresh food and good customer service

Pulled in to the line at 6 to order and finally left at 6:40 pm. When you pull in to order, the drive-thru is surrounded by a concrete berm so once you are in the drive-thru line, you cannot change your mind and leave the line. I pulled in and there were probably about four cars in front of me, no big deal because I figured it would be fast. It was not fast at all. All. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, the employee talked a little bit fast and did not enunciate properly so it was difficult to hear the questions she was asking me. The food was good, I can’t complain about that. It was more like an old fashioned burger with pickles and all the fixings on it. When I got to the window I handed my $9 to the cashier and I told her “i have the 36 cents.” I reached back into my car to get the 36 cents and she closed the window, put the money in the drawer and then opened the window back up about 2 minutes later to hand me my food. She didn’t know that I hadn’t paid the full amount. I handed her the 36 cents and she seemed confused but I then pulled off because I already had my food and, at that point, have already fully paid PLUS I’ve been on this property for 40 minutes! So, be sure to check your change because what if I had handed her $10? I still would not have had my change returned, which isn’t much change but they’re running a business, not a charity. I don’t want to donate any extra change to any corporations. All in all, the food was good but the wait time was horrible and once you pull into the line, you are trapped unless you have a big truck and want to drive over the curbs and through the lawn and landscaping to get out. Also, I don’t mind the “we charge for everything” sign, again, it’s a business not a charity, they can’t give out a bunch of extra stuff constantly to everyone who asks for it.

We’ve been going here for years and now the food taste terrible! Definitely not the same anymore. Hamburger meat taste funny assuming it’s not fresh meat. Also they are charging different prices for cash and credit pay. There is a sign at pick up window about price changes.
