When I usually go to Golden Wings the food and service are good, but for some reason today the young lady behind the counter had a very nasty attitude NOT the young man ,but the lady. I usually get good food and several here, but for some reason today 9/28/2025 the rice was gummy nothing was good about my trip to Golden Wings today.

This is a busy restaurant. Within 35 min over 30 plus people went in and out. Some came out with small to large aluminum pans while others had a small containers. However, the hot wings didn’t live up to the hype but I must give this place credit for being able to move the customers in and out very quickly.

If you are looking for chicken wings that are BETTER THAN Manchu, this is your place. I don’t like the Westbank. However, I am big backed and will travel for food. Soooo, I drove to get these wings. When I tell you that I loved EVERYTHANG; there isn’t a word of lie. The place is small, but chairs are available while you wait. The wait time isn’t long though. You will appreciate the food.

I went here with my husband so he could get something to eat on our way back to the eastbank. There were five people ahead of us, but wait time was about eight minutes. The cashier was nice and the owner was easy to talk to. We asked why they close at 6:55 instead of 7, it had everything to do with customer behavior. Ya’ll got to get there within a decent amount of time ao those people can go home! My husband ordered the hot wings with the shrimp fried rice and side salad. He said he didn’t care for the wings because they were covered in sauce and had no crunch. If we returns he will get the regular fried wings. The rice was average with nothing special about it. The salad, was lettuce and pickle with a dressing already on it. He had no choice in a dressing. He also ordered a meat pie which he did enjoy. I didn’t eat here because I had something to eat already. All in all, we would return for the regular chicken and give it a try. I forgot to take pics of the food!

Golden Wings usually is outstanding customer service, but tonite younglady high schooler not well mander cashier (told me to mind my business) but a customer was shy 4 cent on the her bill and they could not cover it???
The manager/ owner was standing right there, and i told manager/ owner the younglady high schooler could not service me, so the manager took my order!!
Bottom line is they had a change jar there, if she would have asked the manager to get 4 cent only 4 cent to cover the customer bill instead of her going back to her car to get 5 cent to cover her bill, wheres the compastion for your fellow customer???
Unbelievable got to do better for “Your” customer!!!

Every bite is so savory & fully flavored.
Bae got the rice which us okay in my opinion; I’m not a fan of the neon traffic cone colored shrimp
Very unnatural looking plus they’re very very small.
I ate but I regretted it tho.
I mean the rice was really nice & flavorful
& also b4 I 4get the scrambled eggs in the rice is ALWAYS overcooked & HARD.
Other than that I really enjoyed the wings & definitely would go back & purchase more.
I highly recommend the wings!

Golden wings is a new discovery for me .It is a small takeout place w “Delicious Wings , Fries &,rice, and there is quite an assortment of items on the menu. However, this is what was ordered & purchased and today. The lines are long, but the service is fast . I could easily have food catered from there ! I highly recommend this place to anyone

I love coming here. The chicken is always so good. I always order the 14-piece chicken plate with double combination rice. You have to get there at the right time, or you’ll be standing in a long line.

I haven’t been in a while, and I’m greatly disappointed! I don’t know why there is a line outside the door!!! The fries were a bunch of broken up pieces, chicken was mostly SMALL and dried up except for a couple pieces, not even consistent. That’s what you get when you don’t feel like cooking, lol!!! Last Visit! 1 piece!!!! was golden and tasty.
