I have been to Starbucks in pretty much every state across the US considering the fact that I do travel assignments in healthcare and I have never in my life experience the type of amazing customer service that I experienced this morning when I went to Starbucks, the young lady that was in the window was Nothing short of amazing. She literally explained the menu to me. I’m vegan and I was looking for product that was vegan and I had no idea that Starbucks had a vegan sandwich for breakfast and she literally showed me the vegan sandwich and explain to me that I can get different items on the menu customized. She was the sweetest! And her smile made my whole morning better so to whoever was in the drive-through window with that wonderful smile and that amazing customer service at 7:22 AM on October 12 at the Walter Reed location in Fayetteville North Carolina just know that your service has not gone unnoticed and if anybody wants to smile to brighten up their day and want some quality customer service and amazing food you definitely need to come here!

I go to a Starbucks every morning usually the one in hopmills by my house but I work near the hospital now so I’ve been comming here and I came to write this review because of Kiara the young lady taking my order at the window. You are so very pleasant, gentle , sweet, kind. Most of the ones taking my order always are but she stood out to me the most due to just her lovely personality. My experience with this starbucks is pretty nice except when I visited this last time.i placed a online order for pickup for drive thru, got in the drive thru, confirmed my pickup in the drive thru. When I get to the window they said someone took my order. Idk how that happend in the span of me being at the speaker and the window. If it’s been confirmed put it behind the counter. My order shouldn’t be out on the front counter for inside people to take when I placed it for drive through. Fix the pickup methods because that is ridiculous.

The staff here on November 29 , 2025, specifically that blonde head working the drive through. She lock the front door forcing everyone through the drive through had an attitude and refused to give me a refund grade a customer freaking service there.

I needed to use the restroom really really really bad, Starbucks is the only restaurant open at the time.. And they refused to let me use the restroom because I was not a customer. Pretty sure you guys have already been sued over this!!!!

Went through the drive-thru at around 8pm 10/6 and had the best service I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I didn’t catch the Baristas’ names, but both had smiling faces and excellent service that stood out, especially with it being late. So refreshing and much appreciated!
