Claudia was great at the counter. Her customer service is on point and she wasn’t frustrated when I didn’t know what i wanted. I really appreciate her requesting my food to be fresh. My sandwich was great and my nugget were too. Fast, fresh, and easy! I love to come inside because then they make the food correctly. In the drivethru they don’t seem to care to much! Good job at the customer service and fresh food. I appreciate you claudia!

It’s my daughter’s birthday and she wanted Wendy’s for lunch as a treat. Not sure what happened but they got the order wrong. We did not receive a double stack burger that we ordered as part of the biggie meal. Fries are half cooked and we somehow got a large fry instead of the medium. What’s going on?? We go here often. Very disappointed. They must have some new staff – they need more training. We probably should start looking for a new place to enjoy if this is what’s happening.

This location always has great food, friendly employees, clean restrooms, and speedy service. Can’t ask for more from a fast food restaurant.
It literally took 4 minutes from order to eating for 2 breakfast meals on veterans day! I love this location.

I used the drive through as I was on lunch and it kinda moves fast however they completely messed up my order.
I ordered a large combo meal with no mayo and ketchup on the burger. When I sat down to eat my meal I found that the large fries were only halfway filled and the burger was smothered in mayo and ketchup.
I wasn’t given a receipt but in the moment it wasn’t concerning as I thought that they would’ve gotten the order correct.
I know that they were busy but if they can’t get requests right then I won’t be spending my money at this place anymore.

This has to be the fastest Wendys in the nation! Been through this drive-thru dozens of times over the years and never ceases to amaze me how fast they have my food prepared, hot and ready. Kudos to the management team, cooks, and workers of this particular Wendys. Never disappoints.

I came through the drive through on my lunch break, and ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals, and was looking for a sweet treat for my kid. While ordering I was anything else about 6 times, instead of what size I would like my meals nor was I given time to figure out what treat I wanted. I got to the window where I was given my total and asked if I wanted a boo book, I politely turned down, and was rushed away from the window. I looked in my bag and didn’t see any ketchup or sauce, which I thought to myself was my bad for not asking, so I walked in. I asked kindly for some ranch to go with $25 worth of food I just purchased and was told I didn’t order nuggets so it’s 50cents each. I now will be eating across the street at Burger King where they are a lot kinder while ordering, and not pinching me for 2 ranches to go with my dry fries.

If i could, I’d give them 0 stars. I went in to order off my app, and the young man didn’t get my order right at all. I was using an offer that was on my app, and I paid for the offer, but I did not get the offer that I paid for. Missing my whole offer and didn’t notice until I got home. Tried calling several times but kept getting the person that I’m trying to reach isn’t taking calls at this time. Shocking really left a message, but I am pretty sure no one will call me back. The young man never gave me my receipt. I just know I wad order number 1108. I’m so mad, but I’m not wasting gas to go yell at them. It’s sad that the app tells you to have them scan before you pay in the restaurant, but they don’t take the time to even read what you are ordering. Sadly, I’m sure nothing will happen because I am writing this. I’ll try to call again in about an hour. I ordered 2 pretzel baconators because it was buy one get one for 2 dollars which never even was giventome. I also ordered a Jr. bacon cheeseburger w/no tomatoes or lettuce because I’m extremely allergic to them. Shocking, it’s on my cheeseburger and a small fry w NO salt because I don’t like salt. It’s all over my fries. It’s sad that you are standing in front of them they can’t get your order right. I have to say I should have looked to make sure that my order was right before leaving, but I had faith in them due to the fact I ordered inside the restaurant. Sadly, I most likely won’t be going back again. So, from me to you, check your order before leaving inside the restaurant or the drive-thru.

Sadly, as I expected, when I finally got ahold of management last night. The lady barely spoke any English, and because she didn’t want to do her job and correct what they did wrong by not giving me my whole order and then the things 2 things they did gve me I could not eat not because it wasn’t enabled but because im deathly allergic to lettuce and tomatoes which i tell every place i get food at when i am ordering it so they know then i also told him no salt on my fries which was covered in salt. So, instead of the night manager doing her job to fit what happened to me, she just hung up on me not just once but twice. The third time, she called her back, and she acted like I was at fault. All because the cashier did not give me my receipt and her employees . They didn’t help me, and when the lady said to call her back 5 minutes later and shocking, no one answered that phone the 20 times i tried to call back last night. So, I decided to call back this morning and talk to another team of management. I explained to her what all took place, and she told me how sorry she was to hear that, but no one helped me. They were more than eager to take my money last night, but not give me my whole order. All because their cashier did not give me my receipts which as she said was the only way she would help me, and sadly, I paid cash so i didn’t even have my bank statement to prove i order food from them. So, as i was trying to explain all of this to the morning manager what I had gone to through she told me she was sorry to hear what I had to deal with the night before. But there’s nothing she could do to help me with any of the problems that I had to deal with my order because I paid in cash and no proof i spent the $20. I thanked her, and she hung up. So because of all that, I do not recommend you wasting your money or your time by going to these Wendy’s because they don’t care about you as the consumer or the customer. I do not expect anyone from the higher management or the ownes from that store to reach out to me to correct their wrong by not giving me what I ordered or even trying to give me my money back since I never received what I paid for in cash.

First , when ordering My food the lady behind the speaker sounded very irritated .
Second, I ordered 2 meals and asked for ranch sauce . I was told since I didn’t order nuggets, I had to pay for the sauce . This rule was set 2 months ago apparently .
I’ll stick to other fast food restaurants that won’t charge you for a sauce to go with your meal .
