For appetizers, I had a bowl of wonton noodle soup. The broth was light but full of flavor, and the bok choy and scallions added great freshness and texture. The wontons were soft and packed with filling, making it a perfect comfort dish.
Next came the Pad Thai, which was amazing the noodles had just the right chew, and the sauce had a delicious mix of tangy, nutty, and slightly sweet flavors. The lime wedge and crunchy red cabbage on the side were a nice touch.
The chicken and broccoli was another favorite the chicken was tender, the broccoli was crisp, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I paired it with a bowl of steamed jasmine rice that was fluffy and fragrant.
Overall, the service was friendly, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. I’d definitely come back again!
The Pad Thai had a classic, traditional flavor, and the papaya salad was fresh.
The chicken satay was also good and well cooked.
Everything we tried was consistent and satisfying.
We called and they said they would make it and have it delivered right away. Over an hour later, the duck is still not here and the manager, May might be her name as decided she did us a big favor. I could have driven there and back twice but now.
Further, the dumplings were not hot and the rice is dry.
They have agreed to give us $30 credit for my next visit. They should have just taken it off the bill. They claim they can’t and I know for a fact that this is not a hard thing to do.
I would love to tell you about the duck, but it is still not here and we are still waiting. The rest of our not great food is ruined. We will have to go back to order and get the credit and this place is very expensive.
I could not be more unhappy. And they should know better.
The service was just as impressive as the food. The waitstaff were incredibly receptive, respectful, and attentive without hovering. I genuinely never saw the bottom of my glass — they were constantly checking in to make sure we were good and that everything was exactly how we wanted it. That level of care really elevates the whole dining experience.
I had one of their Thai teas as well, and it tasted truly authentic — not overly sweet or artificial like you get at some places. You can tell Natalee Thai puts real thought into both their food and their hospitality.
Overall, it was an amazing experience and easily one of the best Thai meals I’ve had. Highly recommend, and we’ll absolutely be back.
100% recommended!!
And for sure we’re coming back soon!
The food is always fresh and good. I got the Natalee house special fried rice that had shrimp, chicken and beef in it and it was delicious.
We also got an appetizer they had a little bit of everything they offered on it. I really enjoyed the shrimp cake. It was delicious. The peanut sauce was on point I ate it on everything just about. ♀️
Great environment with spacious seating indoor and out!
