Definitely make sure you check your food before you leave. The past two out of three times, the chicken was hard, old, and dry. The biscuits were hard as a brick. The only reason I had fresh chicken yesterday was because I made sure of it. Their food is really good when it’s fresh. The young man running the drive-thru wasn’t sure of what was going on. He tried to send me away without the rest of my food and didn’t even know I had a drink. Make sure you pay attention to your order. The pictures with this review are from two previous different orders about a month apart.

This was the second time we have attempted to eat here. The first time they told us it would be 20 minutes before they had any chicken fried. Missing some sides. The second time (today) was a total FUBAR. Workers yelling at each other. No sweet tea and the place was unclean to say the least. Waited 20 minutes just to be told they didn’t have something of what we ordered. They hadn’t even started putting our order together on trays. Demanded our money back. Just total chaos. Will never go back even if they offered free food. Best of luck if you take a chance with them.

Russia, mister russell and his staff of Elroy james mike brody and johnny, were just the kindest! They went out of their way to make sure we had good fresh food. At the end of our meal, they informed us that they had made fresh biscuits, and they were going to bring us some. Unbelievably kind and the restaurant was super clean.You could tell these are some very hardworking boys!

I’m not sure about the other reviews, but I am certain we had an amazing experience!
The restaurant was clean when we came in.. And the staff was very happy to see us. Everyone was super nice and welcoming. The food was delicious hot and fresh. The manager actually told us that he likes to make fresh food for his guests.
A few minutes after he sat down and were eating… He brought us each some boberry biscuits and actually ask us if we would like them iIced or not 🙂
He was very proud of how fresh they were
And our next road trip from chicago we will stop here!

Robert is definitely turning this place around. This is the best I have seen Bojangles in a couple of years. I’m very glad to see someone taking care of the business. It was once in my top 5 places to eat. I have been there 3 times in the past 2 weeks and have no complaints.

Was closed 35min before 11. I’m from ohio went to Louisville for monster jam. Went here bc there is no “real” bojangles in ohio and was very disappointed to find they had already closed. They need to fire the manager bc they are LOSING PROFIT.

Russel was great. The customer service was top tier. I never felt so important at a restaurant. The areas were clean. It wasn’t loud. This was definitely and enjoyable experience. I’ll be back soon for sure.

First time eating at Bojangles was good. Had to wait about 5 minutes to place my order as they seemed shorthanded (unfortunately typical most places right now). The gal taking orders was also finishing out the plates and calling them out so she had to play catchup to the orders already placed ahead of mine. I ordered the 5 piece chicken tender with fries with a side of mac and cheese and a side of mashed potatoes. The tenders were very tender and had good flavor, I tried 4 different dipping sauces, the peach honey pepper was by far my favorite . The mac and cheese was really good, mashed potatoes were good for fast food. My son had the biscuits and gravy which he enjoyed. I thought they were really good as well. Overall I recommend Bojangles, spent $25 and fed 3 of us.

Chicken restaurant with unique sauce flavors. The key here is to douse your chicken in these sauces, that’s what this place is all about.
On it’s own, the chicken sandwich I got wasn’t as good as other chicken restaurants. But adding it to the sauces was awesome. The tater tots were great too. Staff was really nice and the place was clean.
