This was our first time eating at Bojangles. The food was decent, but I didn’t like the serving line that was setup. It made for a lot of congestion!

We tried the legendary iced sweet tea and it was just ok. The cups were completely filled to the top with ice. When I fought the congested serving line for a refill, I tried with no ice and discovered warm tea… so not a great idea. The tea is warm, but with the cup full of ice, it cooled it down and watered down the tea a bit.

Some of the condiments were in the serving line so I had to fight my way back up there for butter for the biscuit. No idea where the ketchup was, but I probably had to ask for it because it was nowhere to be found. I only found sporks which made it hard to spread butter. I must’ve had to ask for a knife as well.

Everything we ordered came out correct. I can’t say the same for three other people while waiting in line. Not a good sign when food and/or beverages were wrong for numerous people in a short span.

The thing that bothered me the most was the men’s restroom. It did not have a baby changing station in the stall. There is clearly enough room, but no changing table. I was forced to change my child on the floor… I love changing babies on floors in bathrooms….

With all the other options available, I probably won’t be back.

My sister and I visited this establishment this morning. The cashier working at the driver thru pretty much set the tone for a negative atmosphere, but we proceed with the order. When we arrived to the drive thru window to finalize the order and receive the food, our visit went from worse to worst. My sister stated, “She ordered two large drinks.” The cashier became combative and asked the question, ,”did anyone else hear her say large ” By this time, I told my sister to leave because we didn’t want to match her energy. When I called to make the complaint, the manager on duty denied hearing the encounter. I asked him for the corporate number, because I felt as though he didn’t believe we were justified in our encounter. He provided me with a number. When I called the number, the person on the other end was very apologetic, but I don’t think the person has any connection to Bojangles corporate that I was referring to. Even if this complaint is not addressed, I wanted to voice my concern, so other customers do not have to encounter what my sister and I encountered this morning.

My first time there, chicken was great, not greasy like Popeyes. I’ll definitely go again.

Full Disclosure: I LOVE BOJANGLES……
Stopped here on the way to the Outer Banks. Got a Cajun chicken fillet sandwich and a sausage biscuit and a large coffee. Nearly $11! Coffee was good. Rest was average. Probably would choose something else in area if I was travelling here again. Tons of options at this exit. They charged nearly .50 cents for water. I understand charging if only ordering water but no way the cup costs .50 cents. Just wasn’t as good as the other Bojangles I have visited.

I spent $13 on a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese combo fries and tea Bo sized. Asked for a honey mustard and they tried to charge me .50c. Ridiculous. Stopping at the one in spring hope from now on. They only give sauces to supremes orders.

If I could leave 0 stars for service I would. Ridiculous how drive-thru is wrapped and inside is crowded with absolutely no one at the counter for service for over 15 minutes. Food not worth trouble

I have to say I usually get great food from this location. But I went in yesterday and got biscuits for me and my two children when I got home you should see the cheddar bow biscuit that I got I will be posting a picture with this review I can’t believe someone actually wrapped this cheddar Bo biscuit and served it to me I work in the food service if I’m not going to eat it I damn sure ain’t going to serve it to someone else I can say when I went back in even though I had to not eat breakfast with my family I had to drive back to the Bojangles to exchange my daughter’s biscuit so mine was cold by the time I got back they did exchange it happily but like I said ever who wrapped this biscuit and served it to me should be reprimanded

Well, I usually enjoy my meal here, but today they gave me a sandwich hard as a rock. I bite into it and felt like it would break my teeth. This was very disappointing. I hope they do better.

I don’t usually write restaurant reviews, but I felt compelled this time. I had a great experience at this Bojangles location. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, just the way it should be.

What really made the visit stand out, though, was the customer service. Jayden was well-mannered and professional. I even called afterward to speak with the manager, Ciara (I hope I’m spelling her name right), and she was just as kind and appreciative.

Top-tier service all around. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a positive experience with great food and even better people.
