Ordered quesadillas and it’s the 1st time I’ve ever received greasy quesadillas. They weren’t awful but felt very unhealthy. Unappetizing. Service was friendly and staff were very nice. Prices were high though and didn’t feel like it was appropriate for what was on the menu. $17 for a quesadilla and some fries which I would not eat all of it and didn’t enjoy enough to take home. Seating was uncomfortable (benches were very narrow and small). Ground beef in their tacos were bland.

Great recommendation from a local. It’s a locals kind of place. Great service, family type of operation, great concern to be a scratch kitchen. Great job on doing that. Amazing hand mase tortillas and chips….RedTacos a must try.

So disappointed. Spent 80.58 on Friday to get my favorite red tacos. I’m a third generation red taco lover. They had a daily special $10 for 3 red tacos. I almost always eat there never have I got to go from them. Here is two of the tacos. Meat was the size of a ballpoint pen. I’ve seen people on here griping about the cost, but I know they make everything from scratch and the price reflects that. Needless to say my 6 yr old daughter wasn’t full after 3 tacos. Makes me sad, I know this restaurant has struggled lately. This is why. Wasn’t gonna drive the 20 minutes to have it replaced. And why do you not have a bundle of chips/hot sauce, and queso? Casa Manama is just not the same, don’t expect too much from them.
Put my pinky in the pic for measure.

I have to be honest off the bat. I’ve been eating here my whole life and so it’s a warm happy core memory for me. Got my favorite dish, the red tacos with onion rings and a salad. It was fabulous. Will always return each and every chance I can. The queso is my fave anywhere.

I have too many good things to say about this place! Not enough time or patience to type it all out with my fat thumbs on a phone keyboard. First, the red tacos are amazing. I can’t describe the crispy yet fluffy shell that is deep fried to perfection. The chips and salsa are spectacular. The main dish I tried was also amazing ! All so good. I am in town for two more days and will eat there at least two more times! My wife requested that I bring home chips for her to try, they are way thicker than any other chip I have ever tried. Everything made on sight and fresh. We had the pleasure of meeting Vickie the owner, she is a delight!! She talked to us about the history of the restaurant, and the history of her family. Worth driving up from DFW to eat here! I have a new favorite Mexican restaurant in the whole wide world!!

I haven’t dined here yet but the next time I’m in WF I will, because the owners (or at least I assume) a lady and a gentlemen were so nice to me.
I had a weird situation were we where in town for a volleyball tournament, our team choose a pizza restaurant down the street who had wings and fries on their menu but no ketchup and my autistic son prefers ketchup always with his food. So I had to walk a few blocks in the cold and ice, almost busted my ass twice to get ketchup.
I offered to buy a drink to go to get some packets of ketchup but they refused to let me pay and did me such a solid.
Lovely folks and lovely restaurant and the food smelled amazing.
Thank yall so much for helping a single dad out.

The waitress was nice, and the restaurant was clean. I enjoyed my food. I think my server accidentally gave me mayonnaise instead of ranch salad dressing! I took one bite of my salad and couldn’t finish it.

The young man who was our waiter was amazing, wish I had gotten his name. I ordered my favorite, the hombre special. Immediately I knew something was off. The rice looked and was hard, like chewing gravel. The refried beans clearly came out a damn can and hosed with obscene amounts of salt.

This makes me sad, as this used to be my favorite place to eat. It just gets worse and worse with every visit. Hate to say it, but if they close down for good, they bought it upon themselves.

Way overpriced for the quality & I am not a cheapskate. I will gladly pay higher prices for great dining. The only thing good about my dinner was the staff. Even the queso was messed up…burnt orange and bland.
