Really fantastic food, service, and atmosphere.
We had the Caesar, dumplings, salmon, and smash burger.

The smash burger was one of the best I’ve had anywhere but definitely the best I’ve had in Mexico. My only note – I did not enjoy the pickle. It was similar to a bread and butter style pickle which I personally don’t like.

The music was fantastic and at a low enough volume to easily maintain conversation but still enjoy the song.

Overall a great restaurant. Yes it is pricey but you get what you pay for. Food was great. Atmosphere is good. Up market. Service was good and friendly, but it kills me when they hoover like flies and as soon as you put a glass down they take it away and this was ongoing. Irritating. Basically rushing you. Ample safe parking. Recommended.

Alan is an absolute rockstar, great knowledge of the menu, attentive, zero-invasive but always aware of me and the service.

Food is just outstanding, had 4 courses for myself, from jamon ibérico to grilled octopus, their wine selection is top!

Atmosphere is nice, chill and friendly, maybe work on the music selection, thats it.

Delicious and innovative food at Angelopolis. Intro was one of the first restaurants we ever tried in Puebla and boy did she not disappoint. The food is creative, the flavors exquisite and the service wonderful. A great place to bring friends for some fresh takes on traditional dishes!

Delightful and memorable, at arrival we were welcomed and served by the most hospitable staff, Somm Gina recommended unique wine, mixologist Sarah recommended a few cocktails and the Manager Eric recommended their tasty in-house-cured olives and explained what special and unrivaled their 5 jotas Jabugo ham was; A product obtained from the rear legs of ibérico pigs raised free range in the meadows of south-west Spain, the only ham that keeps the purity and distinction of its historic ibérico breed.

Our experience was so amazing we came back for Wednesday of #IntroFans for a wine and food pairing class hosted by sommelier Gina De La Mora and Chef Ángel, and let me tell you, we have worked in the wine industry for more than a decade but we learn so much with this dynamic duo, it was so much fun, delicious, lively, unique and very inspiring for my husband and I. We take the whole intro restaurant team of their love in our hearts forever. ♥️

Awesome restaurant! Loved their menu, the sea bass was super tasty, so were the appetizers (beet salad and fried asparagus). Their complimentary mini appetizer with octopus and risotto was also great. Their wine selection is very wise. Loved their cocktail drinks as well. Their dulce de leche molten cake is to die for! The venue is cozy, nice, not loud at all, you can either sit inside the salon or at the terraces. The service is perfect! Polite, friendly, and not pushy at all. It is also fast. Loved the fact that you can park by yourself at the plaza parking lot. A great option and a must when in Puebla!
