Food was great, the triple bacon burger double stack patty was tasty and juicy, fries had a good taste to them. The 4 side plate, which had 4 boneless, 4 onion rings, 4 cheese sticks and 4 I think they were bread sticks. Where fenomenal. The staff was very attentive, respectful and good vibes.

Me and my fiancé are regulars here. But don’t think we will be anymore. We normally do carry out. It’s always a hit or miss now. Picked up our usual parm garlic boneless. And we received the picture above tonight… there’s more sauce than boneless in the box. They are drowning in it. The inconsistency is too much. We kept going and giving this location a shot, but we will not be coming here anymore.

Placed on online order, and the time for pickup got screwed up somehow and was placed for the next day. The gentleman at the takeout counter whose name i did not get unfortunately, offered to fix it and get it to me while I waited without any hesitation, even being 15 mins before they close for the night. Also would like to mention that my food was perfect, and did not seem like they rushed to throw it together at all. Excellent customer service from all of the staff!

Do not come here. They would not cook our food well done, we’re rude, brought the wrong beer, and left our keno ticket sitting on the bar for four rounds before bringing it back. The reasoning provided by the manager, Rachel, was to get over it because it is a four hour exception one day of the year due to the sheer volume of orders. We are two of 30 people at 3pm in this place. What a joke. Go somewhere ELSE for Super Bowl! Plenty of businesses would love your patronage.

They had a new waitress with clearly no experience or training. I couldn’t tell, because she gave me an acholic drink by accident. I am old enough, but that’s not the point. Some adults can’t have acholic drinks and I shouldn’t be drinking. Then they had the nerve to card me after the fact. That’s unacceptable, but atleast my whole meal was free because they also messed up my food. It’s not hard to listen to a person’s order and the waitress didn’t listen to anything that I said.

Had an amazing waitress Andra who really took care of us. Only reason BW doesn’t get 5 ☆ is because of their polices on “shots & what the alcohol selections they had on stock. But Andra had nothing to do with that and really made the night a success otherwise.

This is a great spot. Very laid back and the service is excellent. The food was delicious and hot. I asked for my tots to be crispy and they were EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR. I would visit again.
