One of the WORST PLACES I EVER been for food.
I got one pound crawfish and shrimp for 20 bucks.
The total of crawfish and shrimps inside the bag was less than 10 counts!
Crawfish was frozen and stinking and most importantly it wasn’t even CAJUN, it was like ketchup mixed with spice .. didn’t taste like Cajun. they filled the bag with 3 potato and one corn

I ordered pickup here yesterday, christmas day. Google said they were open, their website let me order a small fortune worth of food. I do not usually spend this much money on food, but I decided to treat myself because I was going to be alone on christmas. I spent money I didn’t have to buy food for me and for my brother when he got off work later. The website said the order was acknowledged by the restaurant, so I went to pick up our food. When I got there, the doors were locked. No note on the door saying they were closed. Nothing. I called several times, no reply. I understand being closed christmas, but why was I able to spend over a hundred dollars on food. After calling several times, I requested a refund that was not acknowledged by the restraunt until almost 24 hours later. I spent all my money on this food, drove to pick it up, just to be closed. I was unable to have christmas dinner because of this restaurants poor organization, this was very upsetting to me. I never leave negative reviews or call places to complain, but I called this afternoon to get my refund rolling. I talked to a male manager who was extremely condescending towards me and laughed at me. He told me he was going to call the company and get it expedited. He lied to me because I now realize he never asked for my name or anything. 5 hours after my first phone call, I called again when the website said it was still waiting for the restraunt to acknowledge my refund request. I talked to a very nice lady, she asked my name and was able to IMMEDIATELY get the refund acknowledged. Meaning the man I talked to lied to my face. Thank you to the lady who helped me, but other than that I am extremely disappointed. This restaurant ruined my christmas. The refund is appreciated, but I do think something else would have been better alongside considering the inconvenience of driving to this location & being misled on CHRISTMAS.

This is my favorite place for Cajun seafood! The Fried Catfish Basket is amazing! The catfish, Cajun fries and hush puppies are delicious! A variety of menu items to select from with reasonable prices! Alicia is the BEST! She made us feel welcome and exudes a positive attitude! I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the best Cajun seafood in Dallas!

My party of 5 went to celebrate a birthday on a windy & cold Sunday evening at 4:45 pm.
I personally was NOT impressed or pleased with our waitress because of her tone, attitude, and commentary. When I received the cheesesticks, the marinata sauce was COLD! I asked if they could be heated up, and she asked how long they told her 30 seconds, and she returned with the lukewarm cold. The sticks themselves were a bit on the burnt side, too. But the part that pissed me off most was … when she brought the catfish out to me, asked if I wanted the tarter sauce warmed up too. REALLY?!
The catfish wasn’t fresh, or if it was, the oil was old. It wasn’t Cajun, was kinda bland in seasoning. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their boil .
I wouldn’t return to this place.

The food was amazing! The flavor was good and I enjoyed the service. I got the combo number 4 which was a half pound of snow crab and a half pound of mussels with corn and potatoes. The quality of the meat was clean and juicy. Overall I recommend this place. It is certainly a 10/10!

Alicia was nothing but the BEST! She treats you like family when you come in. I love her energy!! 100/10 Was our first time there!! My bf and I could not stop eating. Ordered 3 items..We ordered the garlic parm and bbq wings (10pc) and they were very crispy! Fry basket was delicious but my favorite item hands down was snow crab and shrimp boil! Medium is a good level not spicy. They offer their garlic butter and is so good!!! In conclusion will definitely be coming back great food. great people. GREAT VIBES. Update: This place has run down and gone from mediocre to bad . Not sure what happened or if ownership has changed! But the lack of quality in food and a bunch of lazy, unprofessional people running this establishment makes it an even more unpleasant experience. Plus they’ve gone up on the prices and the food was lacking flavor. Gave it yet another chance and the outcome was even worse. So disappointed!!!!
Went for the first time about a month ago. The crab legs were great and perfectly seasoned. Service was not so great. They tried to cram a party of 7 at a table for 5 even though the place was pretty empty. Went back again a few days ago and was highly disappointed in the food and service! Again, the place was fairly empty, but we waited almost 30 minutes just to get our order taken. This was after I walked up to them and asked if we didn’t look like we were hungry today! Orders were finally taken, and then out comes 1 entree. 1 entree! They served 1 person and not everyone at the same time. Minutes later the rest of the food arrives. I was sorely disappointed with the crab legs. They were hardly seasoned and lacked the flavor I experienced the previous time. The chicken wings, which were an appetizer but came out with the food, came out half done. My husband’s fried fish was good. That was the one positive we had. We finally just called it quits, paid our bill, and left. We will not be spending that much money for non- quality food and their horrendous lack of service….. . Although the servers may have been upset due to not getting paid on their payday.

We had an amazing experience at the Cajun Boil Stop. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every bite was delicious and the portions were generous.
A special shout out to our waitress Itzel R. She was absolutely wonderful. Attentive without being overbearing, friendly, and quick to make sure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on and she made our dining experience even better with her warm personality.
Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back.
