As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Here when they are apparently opened but then tell us they need 15 minutes to warm up the fryers . So we drive back around and the system asked us what we want. It’s now been 10 minutes since we talked to the woman. Then after placing the order she proceeds to tell us that they need 15 minutes still. It’s already been 10 minutes what do you mean?? Then a man apologized and tells us to pull around to the other side. And he will get us our order. The same woman that told us we had to wait came out to move her car out of the drive thru. I don’t understand why we can’t order if you are open, then proceed to get your personal belongings out thru the drive thru. Then park your car somewhere else. Appreciate the dude, but that woman, you don’t wanna work, do something else. Ms, T…. Now just received the food 10:27. Crazy…

I ordered food through the app for my family. I arrived there after the app Said that my food was ready. They asked for my name and made me wait another fifteen to twenty minute. When I got my food, it was cold and soggy. If i’m going to wait for my food, I would assume that it would come out hot and fresh.

Pulled me over had me waiting forever ….these people don’t care about you or your food….mad at me because I ordered wings and they come out late… It’s crazy!!! Even asked me super pissed it’s 10 minutes you know that right.. and even more mad because I said yes. I feel like they did some stuff to my food honestly. I feel stupid for coming here…. Lost the drink as they put right in front of door blocking till opened and drink spilled out. More important because was to be my kids’ root beer soft drink. Any common sense these days? Food was not made properly. I specifically asked for onion, etc but it had none on it. I didn’t realize it until I was too far away to go back. Employee told me it came with it as well. The bun was hard- too hard to eat. Def should not have been served! Highly disappointed.

I would have to say I’ll write this store a negative two stars.This is my first time getting doordash from checkers and my complete order was messed up. Ordered two large drinks and got both of them cam4 small one of them was a whole different flavor and I ordered a large popcorn chicken combo box, I got the smallest one they have on the menu. I can tell because I ordered my food at two a m.That they were rushing to get out the door and pretty much said they didn’t care about my order. I ordered 26 piece mozzarella sticks.I didn’t receive either of them. And I can stress how hard it was to take a bite out of one of my popcorn chicken nuggets. This is an honest review. I would not eat here, let alone DoorDash from here. The fact that they rushed my order to mess it up.That bad makes me wonder the hygiene.And other issues, the store has going on. Because I don’t know what store anywhere, careless enough to do something like that

The one and only good thing was the team member at the window, she was friendly and professional! My visit started out terrible with only AI to take your order! Then there was a long wait to get my food. While waiting there was a horrific smell outside the restaurant that made you want to vomit! When I finally got my food, and unfortunately, had already driven arrest, I found that the fries were cold and tasted horrible!!! The burger patty was dry with burnt edges served on a cold bun and NOT made as ordered! DISGUSTING!! I will NEVER return to this Checkers!!
