Hello, I DoorDash some food from here. The food was awful. There was no seals on my bag.or on my milkshake and was Melted I only live like 10 minutes from the sonic so it should not be even that melted Unless someone’s been letting it sit out for a while and didn’t care The food was cold And honestly, it is a safety hazard because someone could’ve drugged me because there was no seals on that bag at all

Pulled into stall #19, pressed the service button, waited 15 minutes, and no one answered. The “someone will be with you shortly!” message disappeared after the 15 minute mark, so I went through Drive Thru, and it was “out of order”. Mind you there was maybe 3-4 other cars in the stalls next to me, so I was willing to wait. But 15 minutes is absurd, I had to be back at work so I just gave up and went hungry.

I ordered through doordash. Requested additional sauces and never received them. Called in to speak with somebody about the situation and spoke with the on-site manager. The call lasted 5 minutes, in which she informed me she packed my bag and that everything was correct and that doordash shouldn’t allow us to request the additional sauces.
I went on to inform her that I didn’t get any marinara sauce and only two groovy sauces. I then went on to explain how I spent nearly $20 for the mozzarella sticks and the fries where in person I could spend probably $10. She proceeded to put me on hold, take me off hold, put me on speaker, and then had herself and her employees laugh at me.
Take away from this, I purchased something I did not receive. When I went to management to speak about it, I was laughed at, and now I know why this location has really low review scores. I guess that’s my lesson learned.

I took my son after daycare yesterday evening to this location. His daycare passed out Wacky Pack coupons, so we decided to try it out. We started out at stall #21. It was the very end stall on the right, as you pull in. We saw several cars parked at the stall before us, so we waited patiently for about 10 to 15 minutes. After we saw all of the cars that pulled in with us order, receive their order and leave. We decided to move up to a stall on the left side at the front. We ordered the Wacky Pack hamburger meal. My son woke up with food poisoning the next morning and could not hold any food down. We will never eat at a Sonic again. This is my 6-year-olds first time getting food poisoned.

Did online order waited 20 minutes after checking in? No one came finally got someone’s attention they told me that my order had been ready, and when asked if it was going to be cold they said no. Had a CarHop come out. Food was ice cold. He lied about his name and he continued to ask me why I had my music playing and was completely rude. Will never come to this location again

Came for a late night snack and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches wit tots and both were burnt bad i thought it was a burger for a second and honestly i would have rather had the burger i tried eating it and its hard as a rock and very salty. Terrible experience.

Sonic: A nostalgic drive-in experience with customizable drinks and classic American food. The Cherry Limeade and happy hour deals are the stars! Food is standard fast-food quality, but the service from carhops is fun. Perfect for a quick, unique roadside stop.

Service here is horrible. Even when you order through the app they can’t get the order right. Have pretty much given up on them for anything other than mozarella sticks and drinks. Pretty sad performance.

Any time of the day when we try to go to this sonic we page them and page them and never get helped at any kiosk. Can’t even order. It’s so weird. Places with drive through are better because they can’t ignore you like sonic can.

Crowded and kind of slow. Tater tots were burnt. Somebody should have known these are not right.
Edit – just kind of done with this location. Ordered online and showed up to get drinks with no ice. Because, sorry they ran out. of ice. Also left out all of our condiments. There are better locations nearby.
