This has got to be the worst place to go to! Check this out. Don’t you think if they were closed the app would had said so? So why is it when I ordered my food online everything was closed. Don’t eat here first and last time im ever going to eat here! Full refund is demand.

I will be contacting corporate, at the store manager on business hours present themselves. Order was 3 hours late to be picked up from the original pickup time. Pick up time was 10:15 p.m as you will see on the screenshot. Order was actually picked up at 1:30 a.m. I simply communicated this to the manager and ask her has the order been sitting, she replied yes, I asked her if she remake the order, she replied no. Customer will be receiving food that has been sitting for over 3 hours. And the manager refused to remake it. Date, Christmas day, 2025.. I do not recommend the store. Completely unprofessional. Do not go to the store.

Made some modifications and that kind of seemed to throw off the people working. Charged for BBQ sauce I didn’t get. Also, their new Rodeo Whopper was really good. I ordered the combo, but maybe I didn’t order it correctly because it had 1 burger patty but the menu showed double. Not my favorite trip to BK, but it was fine enough, I suppose.

Ordered thru the drive thru food was all made incorrectly got tomatoes, lettuce, pickles and ketchup that was NOT requested it was only supposed to be mayo and onions and the person running the drive thru even verified the order. Fries were cold and nasty . The jalapeño things were cold in the middle , They forgot my dessert . Didn’t realize any of this until my husband brought it home I tried calling the store 23 times with no answer. Couldn’t even go back up there for them to fix it. Very disappointed will not be returning due to service. All they had to do was answer the phone and atleast give me a credit.

I live near this location and have been repeatedly disappointed by their lack of quality, service, and consideration. Want a room temperature, flat Coke with no ice? Done. Want a breakfast sandwich that is almost frozen in the middle? No problem. As long as your want barely edible garbage, this location will certainly let you have it your way.

Went to Burger king and the lobby was closed on a Saturday night at 7pm. It was cold as hell outside and I didn’t drive so I had to order from the drive thru window. The three employees thought it was funny to answer the drive thru window and laugh because I was bundled up in my winter gear hats gloves etc. I don’t understand why the lobby was closed… If they was gonna do that why not close for the night. Unacceptable Burger king smh

Shitty place to eat. Got 25 dollars worth of breakfast and the only thing warm was the burrito. My iced coffee was warm and no ice and the sandwich I got looked like it had been sitting since 6 this morning. Smdh and I got breakfast at 930. Y’all should be ashamed of yourself. Time temp that shit.

I made a doordash order that was handed to someone else and when the dasher tried to fix the mistake the manager told me that it’s not their problem, that they won’t complete the order and yhat I had to contact doordash support if I wanted a refund or to receive any food.

I don’t EVEN want to give this restaurant a one star at all!! The drive thru was horrible plus the cashier was NOT friendly Stuck-up attitude My order was wrong. Ordered two croissant sandwhiches breakfast with a medium hash brown and a coffee. I only received my two croissant sandwiches and a small hash browns. I didn’t care about the coffee I left hurriedly and I will NEVER come back to this horrible place. Anyone comes here to eat good luck!

One of the most significant turn arounds of a restaurant that I’ve been aware of in recent years. The service and the food have elevated this BK past other like chains. I used to be unable to get a hot sandwich from this BK. Now, all of my food has been hot and fresh. I commend this BK for their outstanding service.
