This was my first time trying Fogo and I had high expectations but they really exceed them.
The restaurant itself was very clean with a beautiful ambiance.
We did the Indulgent Churrasco which is about $85 per person that includes the salad bar, their all you can eat, a special upgraded course and a desert. The cheesecake was truly out of this world delicious! It was definitely an experience with the table side meat service.
The staff members were incredibly helpful, charming and knowledgeable on their menu selections.
Definitely worth the try!

The service definitely needs some work. There seemed to be a lot of confusion among the staff, and several of them didn’t seem knowledgeable about the menu or the prices. If you’re willing to wait 15–45 minutes for a single drink or appetizer while you’re already eating steak and sides, then you might enjoy this place—but the wait times were honestly ridiculous.
We ordered everything as soon as we sat down. It took about 48 minutes for our drinks, dessert, and sides to come out, and that was only after we finally asked about them. During that time, we were able to finish our entire salad, sides bar options, and about seven different meat options before anything else arrived. We ordered drinks and again waited 25 minutes before having to ask where they were.
We arrived around 4:30 PM, and the restaurant had maybe 30 people inside, so it wasn’t busy at all. With plenty of staff on the floor, the long delays didn’t make sense. If it had been crowded, I would understand, but under these conditions it left me really wondering what was going on. I loved all the servers we spoke to they were kind and understanding and accommodating so it seems to me like possibly an issue on upper management side of things. Idk

Very disappointing experience at Fogo de Chão in The Woodlands. My daughter and I went because we were shopping at the mall nearby, but the service was terrible.

We ordered chiles toreados and had to ask many times for them. They eventually brought them, but it took so long that my daughter had been waiting to eat them with her chicken and by the time they arrived, the chicken was already cold. When they finally brought them, the portion was very small and they didn’t even look as good as the ones at Casa do Brasil.

We also asked several times for potatoes and bananas and they never brought them. My daughter asked one of the ladies for cheese without honey, but they poured honey on it anyway even after she requested it without. The waiter even gave her a bad look.

Even after asking different staff members, nothing we requested came to our table. We ended up leaving still hungry. They gave us a $25 discount, but that doesn’t make up for the poor service, especially for how expensive this place is.

We usually go to Casa do Brasil and the service there is much better. We only went here because it was close to the mall, but after this experience we will definitely not be coming back.

I’ve been here several times over the years on my own or for company events. I sat at the bar tonight – no wait, walked right up. Excellent bartender (Dimetria I believe?). The churrasco experience and Malbec were great. My favorites were the grilled honey cheese, parmesan pork, picanha, and candied bacon.

Service was quick and efficient. The staff was very accommodating for our large party. The food was delicious as usual and the desserts were amazing- get the cheesecake! The atmosphere is medium loud, you can hear the people in your party but it gets busy in there.

Good place overall. More pricey than their direct competition but they do have a large salad bar and offerings others may not have.

Staff is top notch and well trained. Meats are cooked appropriately. Overall a good place for a business or romantic lunch/ dinner.

It’s been 20 years since we’ve been to Fogo. Our last visit was on Westheimer and it was an elegant dining experience. Last night had great food, great service, and very clean dining room, but was surprised me were the guests. I’m not a prudish person but a restaurant of that much class (that has valet parking as well) really needs a dress code. I don’t get why folks choose to dine in t-shirts, worn jeans, hoodies on, and ball caps. You’re not dining at a food truck, you’re dining in a better atmosphere that should be shown respect.

We usually go to the Westheimer location, but decided to try the Woodlands Fogo for a scenic change. We were celebrating our 36th Anniversary. What a beautiful place to celebrate! And we would like to personally thank Hailey for her professional and friendly attitude. She cared for us the entire meal and became fast friends. She epitomized the concept of “customer service” with her warm, intelligent, humorous, and kind service. Never intrusive, yet always available to cater to our every need. She has a maturity that is well above her years on Earth, and understands the nuances of fine dining. Her poise and appearance are what we first noticed. I don’t know if this is taught, but her posture made her seem to glide across the room. We like to people watch and noticed that she was everywhere and anywhere needed. She even got a grumpy table next to us laughing and smiling! Sorry to drone on; I promise that we are not related to Hailey, just random guests that were cared for like we were family.

The food was spectacular…as at all Fogo’s…and the rest of the staff were perfect in every way. Once again, we enjoyed our time at a Fogo, and will return soon. Jeff and Hazel

Our server was Mariah and she was fantastic! So sweet and attentive our glasses were never empty and dirty plates were picked up with a quickness. We’ve come to Fogo several times and service is normally good but she definitely made an effort to go above and beyond. The meat server Loir was also great server bringing us any piece of meat we asked for! Unfortunately, it seems like this time the pieces of meat were not the best I believe it was the quality more so than the way it was cooked. Regardless, we enjoyed ourselves and will continue to come back!

Viviana T. was amazing she provided great service as well as conversation to my girlfriend and I very comforting. Even was sure to replace our bananas after they were ok the more cooked side and was very adamant about making our first time one to not forget! 10/10 would recommend.
