I will never return to this location. On top of being slow they now charge 50 cents for sauce. I have never experienced this at any other Wendy’s. I would understand if i asked for a ridiculous amount, but i only asked for two. The cashier didn’t even want to charge me for it, it was the Haitian female manager that told her to.

This location has to be the worst one I’ve been to. Did drive through pick up…they charge for sauce and don’t tell you until you’re at the window…pretty sure sauces should be free, especially with a meal. No napkins in bag, no receipt given. Asked for ginger ale and got a sprite/coke mix…. It’s like they don’t even follow they’re basic training there. Do better or close the location.

So i entered the lobby and waited 10 minutes at the register and no one greeted me. No one took my order… No one bothered to say, “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Although there was 6 staff members behind the register, none acknowledged me. Not even the manager who was only one that made several eye contacts with me. Bald guy with a beard. Kept looking nervously as if he was hoping I did not ask him anything. Meanwhile, a every employee there has their cellphones in their back pockets and the young lady working the drive through with a bright long orange wig on was texting on her phone and fixed someone’s ice cream without washing her hands i finally just decided to leave… Do better. Especially that manager. I don’t think the team needs to be replaced, only him… They will only do what he allows them to do…

The customer service here was terrible. I was looking through my bags just to make sure all my food was there I noticed I was missing fries. I had a 10 piece nuggets meal and I ordered and extra burger on the side. They gave me the burger and the nuggets I look in the bag I asked where the fries was. The lady says there in the bag. I open the bag I show her. There’s no fries. She points to the nuggets and says the fries are right there don’t play with me lady come on these are nuggets. The manager wants to come to the window gaslighting me telling the fries are in the bag. I pulled out the nuggets and said sir I don’t think these are fries. And then he wants to say okay I’ll just give you the medium fries. Like yeah of course you are BECAUSE I PAID FOR THEM. Smh…. I’m disappointed Wendy’s. Disappointed.. OH!!! I forgot also the toy for the kids meal sucked real hard. Some paper put together Griffen?? So lame at least McDonald’s had a little transformer McDonalds grill.

12/31 Worst customer service ever!! Young lady with Auburn or orange hair Rude!! Slammed drive thru window in my face why I was asking a question and thought it was funny. Went inside to address the issue with the manager but that was unsuccessful because he allowed the young lady to continue to go back in forth with a customer why another customer telling the young lady to not say anything. The young lady stated she was cold which is why she slammed the window. Dress appropriately for your job knowing you will be working drive thru and keep your hygiene up as well . I asked for my receipt and didn’t get it so I asked for her name because no one had on a name tag and didn’t get that as well. I will be reaching out to corporate with my payment transaction due to me paying with a card. Young lady should not be working with people at all.

I guess I’ll be just another review to add to this mess. This Wendy’s is horid. Don’t bother coming here. I went to get a frosty and asked for extra sauce on it only to be charged .50 cents. I don’t care about the .50 cents. Its the fact that they charged me and gave me even less of the chocolate sauce then what the frosty normally comes with. Just shut this one down it’s definitely a failure

12:30 am 12/29/25 Waited 5 minutes for 1 person ahead of me to place order . Asked young lady to add a Dave’s single to my order before I paid and she was flat out Rude. She refused to add 1 item and started speaking in a very disrespectful tone .I expect a much higher quality of customer service from Wendy’s.
