The pizza is delicious as are the specialty martinis. We’ve been here several times. Usually a top tier experience. On our most recent trip, we ordered our usual of two large pizzas, one pepperoni and cheese for kiddos and a twin special for us. We waited just over an hour (this is the normal wait time, no issues here) but the kids pizza came out with no pepperoni. The server took the pizza back and ran it back through with pepperoni added. After 15 minutes it came back. At this point our pizza was luke warm as we wouldn’t eat without the kiddos. We then realized our pizza didn’t have anchovies. The server went back and the toppings guy told her to just bring us anchovies in a bowl to add ourselves which felt odd.
This is not the normal experience we have and I’m very grateful the the manager immediately comped our pizzas.
I’m still giving 4 stars because every other experience has been wonderful and the manager was very quick to acknowledge the error and rectify the situation. Errors happen and how management handles problems is also a part of showing how well a business is run. We will continue to keep this in our rotation of pizza nights.

Not only does it have fantastic pizza, it is a Rhode Island landmark. I love the Large pizza with mushrooms, sausage, and eggplant, cooked well done! The best!! If you are looking to buy a home in North Providence, or anywhere in Rhode Island, call me and we will discuss it over pizza – my treat!

Twins is the honestly the best. A true Rhode Island staple. Not only are the food and drinks great, the staff are so personable and truly feel like family (Jon, Kerri, Kim and Tanya always make my day). I’ve been going to Twin’s for over 50 years. Twin’s is an old-style Rhode Island pizzeria but is really a full service family restaurant offering seafood and American dishes. (Cheese is a topping choice but is not required. You can order a basic red pie with a dusting of Parmesan without mozzarella.)
I ordered a small (round) pepperoni & mushroom pie with extra sauce, medium bake. (Large pies are rectangular.) It is a medium thick crust with crunchy crust edges. There are always 3 pepperoni pieces per triangular slice as is Twin’s custom. (If you prefer fresh mushrooms you can ask for them.) They offer beer and wine.
Considering the take-out traffic, service was quick. Bread and butter was provided while we waited. They offer free refills on coffee and soft drinks, even for the large glass. I started with a cup of delicious red chowder. Total bill for 2 people was $23. Delicious!

First and last time here last night. I got one of my favorite Italian dishes, chicken francaise. I’ve had it multiple places and it’s always delicious. That was sadly not the case here. I was served five small pieces of greasy, oily, unseasoned room temperature chicken with a side of pasta that came in a dirty and crusty bowl. My whole party was underwhelmed with their food but mine was particularly terrible and I got it removed from the bill. I ended up leaving dinner……to go eat dinner.

We have been going to Twins pizza since the day it opened its doors! We lived nearby and it was a weekly staple for us. We do not get back to RI often enough but we ALWAYS make time to grab dinner at Twins. From soup to nuts the value of the menu is great especially in this day and age. The pizza was great as always and our waitress was fantastic. Very friendly and family oriented eatery. If casual and fun is what you are after then TWINS is the place for you! Get out there and support family businesses! Thank you TWINS for a lifetime of simple and wonderful experiences for me and my famiglia! Grazie Mille!

It was very dirty. The window sills have not been cleaned for months. Right next to my head, It was full of dirt and cup rings. The bathroom had no heat and the toilets were dirty. The garlic bread was made out of white bread with butter and provolone cheese, toasted on one side and the other side was just a soft white piece of bread, barely had any taste. I will never eat here again. Used to be sooo good.

My lunch at Twin’s Pizza was terrific! It had somewhat of an old timey feel. Having the little jukebox on the side wall of the booth brought back such memories. I didn’t try to see if it worked, but just having it there was nice.
The staff and waitress were attentive and friendly. Their menu was quite large, but we decided to go with pizza, since that was a craving.

I’ve been coming here for about three years now and I have to say, the food is good but the service and the staff are not the best. I placed an order at 2pm to be ready for pick up the same day at 6. I ordered a square pizza and I wanted to make sure they had gotten the order right so I repeated it to confirm and the guy who took my order said, “yes you just said that” in a very rude tone. I said okay thank you, he did not say you are welcome just hung up immediately. Okay. Maybe he was stressed because it was going to be a busy day with the Super bowl, I understand that. I arrive at 6:15, so worried that I am late to pickup my pizza, rushed out of work. I get there and they said my order hasn’t even been put into the oven. I ask how long it was going to be and they tell me 45. After i confirmed with the guy on the phone four hours before that it was going to be ready at 6. I had to just cancel the order because it was absurd to wait 45 for my order to be ready at 7pm when I ordered 5 hours before. Staff was not friendly whatsoever, no accommodating at all and they over promised that it was going to be ready for sure at 6 and never was. Very rude staff, and does not deliver on what they say.

The aroma drew you in from the parking lot and wasn’t disappointing. Delicious dough with mouthwatering large cut toppings. Kerry was the sweetest young lady who helped us pick our pizza from how we might want it cooked to toppings. A cold draft beer and the best pizza ever. Get it cooked well done. You will love it, Trust Me!!
