If I could give zero stars I would. I went there for one basic thing, just a regular McChicken. The lady who handed me my food was completely rude, didn’t even acknowledge me or look at me just handed me my food and immediately closed the window. And when I opened my McChicken, I noticed that there is no lettuce and there is no mayonnaise. Never going back to this location, I hope that lady gets fired

This was the craziest drive thru order ever! I ordered a Big Mac Meal with a Sprite, a double cheeseburger, a McDouble meal with a Coke . I get to the window for my order and get handed a Big Mac in a bag. I told her that this is not all of my order. I proceed to tell her and she asks for my receipt, which I was not given, but luckily I paid with my debit card and was able to show her that I paid $22.32 for my order. She said I think we gave your order to the person that was in front of you. We will have to remake your order as I have the receipt. was asked to pull up…5 more vehicles come through the lanes and finally someone comes out. 3 large Cokes, I sent her back for a Sprite and only needed 1 Coke. She comes back I quickly go through the bag and think that we are good. I get home, the McDouble is a McChicken with lettuce only, the Big Mac has no lettuce, no sauce. The double cheese is missing ketchup and mustard. The entire order is completely cold as well. I ended up with 3 4piece nuggets as well as 3 small fries. Unbelievable!! Very poorly run place. Food went in the trash. Avoid this location at all costs !! Will be contacting my bank in the morning for a dispute.

Woman at the windows said goodbye as if the order she handed out the windows was complete. Of course I drive away. I get 20 minutes away only to realize my child’s meal was not present in the bag. Then upon calling they said oh it is here on the counter as if I’d drive back to get a cold meal. They cannot refund a meal. And they dont have a way to give refunds. So I didn’t get a meal and you refuse to give me my food back. That is great customer service.

It’s always a hit and miss with this location. Today is the last day I will visit this location. I ordered a hash brown that was cold and a sausage and egg mcmuffin and the sausage was dark and dried out. I’m sure it has been sitting out for some time. Not fresh at all and most times the food is not fresh. Money and time wasted.

I ordered 6 items from the monopoly menu, cam home to find one of my large fries was missing and the other was in the bag dumped upside down with the monopoly pieces stolen off it. The monopoly pieces were stolen off one of my 20 piece nuggets as well. Seems the employees are stealing the monolog pieces for themselves. I definitely will be going elsewhere that has better employees that aren’t stealing from customers that paid for the food.

From the food to the service, this McDonald’s is consistently disappointing—which is a shame because I live across the street and my kids love McDonald’s. Unfortunately, I can no longer support this location.

Every visit seems to come with hostility or poor service and old/stale food. During my most recent experience, I asked for my burger to be remade correctly, and the employee (Sam, if that’s even his real name) refused. When I asked for a refund, he also refused, leaving my family and me feeling very unsettled.

Communication is another major issue—most employees struggle to understand or speak English clearly, which makes ordering or picking up food unnecessarily stressful. I recently placed a mobile order, read my order code three times, and was still told I ordered from the wrong location—even though the correct address (4001 Crusher Dr.) was shown right on the order. I ended up canceling and driving to the K/N location just so my daughter could get her fries.

To top it off, everything here takes far longer than it should. This McDonald’s really needs new management and better training for its staff.

All of these renovated and newer build McDonalds are cold and uninviting. The employees are brutal and show zero customer service skills. They will look over to the registers and see that a customer is waiting for assistance, but make absolutely NO effort to assist said customer. They dont even acknowledge the customer’s existence! Additionally, the removal of the self-serve beverage stations is a direct slap in the face to every customer walking through the door. This is particularly true given the complete disregard for people who are waiting at the register for assistance. I waited about 10mins for someone to walk up and ask how I could be helped. It was such a lengthy wait that I had started to walk behind the counter to simply fill my own beverage… which is what prompted someone to actually acknowledge me. Mcdonalds, your food has always been sub-par, now that your customer service is worse than sub-par, all you have left is real estate. Customer’s dont walk through the front door for real estate.

I’m sorry but I understand it’s just fast food but I shouldnt have to check my food after placing a mobile order. Fries were ice cold and I was missing 8 bbq sauces that I paid for and 5 gold sauces I paid for. I’m not trying to be rude or disrespectful but this is ridiculous how much they charge for food only to mess it up. And it to top it off I was literally the only car in the parking lot getting food aside from one guy in the drivethrough.
