I had such a pleasant visit this morning , walked In and greeted by amazing baristas working hard on this Christmas launch day . Alexis at the handoff was so sweet when I walked up. This is a my favorite Starbucks to visit! The drinks are always creamy and delicious and the service is better than any other Starbucks I’ve been too! I think her name is Kasey, but she has beautiful red hair and is always the sweetest!!

The one thing I appreciate about this place at least the times that it was posted it did open up that particular time. It was a clean they had a new person on staff and I guess Starbucks you baptized by fire. You did okay. They forgot my drink and the other drinks took longer than 15 minutes to come out that’s kind of late my opinion for for 5:00 in the morning. This place did open on time they had good service. For the amount of people that came into the store to get their drinks seem to go very quickly and smoothly. Now that I know this is the real Starbucks I’ll be going up there and then drive to my destination because this store at least post a real time they open up and have service ready to go at that time.

Couldn’t find a Starbucks inside the airport but I didn’t have a ticket I was just dropping someone off if I did find a Starbucks I’m pretty sure they would forget my ad shot like they always do you guys owe me at least $1,000 an ad shots always forget my ad shots but you never forget to charge for them!

Horrible store, bad quality, coffee taste nowhere near Industry Standard and store smelled bad. Bad customer service, bad attitude, after complaining store did not have any improvement.

This location was quite busy the drive thru was extremely packed and the lobby was decent. The order taker was a little slow given the traffic. They were experiencing. Aside from that my drink was correct. Thank you, Starbucks.

I have been a customer at this Beaumont location for years. Went to this location to use restroom before drink order. Asked code for restroom. Barista looks me up and down, says “customers only.” I was so shocked by this rudeness that I couldn’t even think of what to say. I left, horrified that anyone could treat a customer that way.
