Really confused as to why I received a birthday credit email and it could not be used. I’ve been a frequent customer because I live in the building and have wracked up several reward points. I really don’t care about some birthday credit that’s worth $10, but maybe don’t email it to someone and then let the very confused staff give the run around when it is attempted to be redeemed. Organization clearly not a strongpoint. I logged into my reward account which clearly had the birthday redemption and still could not be afforded to me. Wasn’t worth the 15 minutes I stood there waiting for an answer!

Ordered the steak sandwich and only half the sandwich had steak on it. Super disappointed since Sow plated is so good! They clearly opened this place and forgot/don’t care about it. Sad

I arrived at Sow 2 Go about 15 minutes before closing to pick up my order, and unfortunately, the experience was not welcoming. The two staff members on duty seemed visibly irritated, as they were trying to close for the day. I was not greeted, and instead, I had to listen to them complain about having to make orders so close to closing time.
I understand that I placed my order about 20 minutes before closing, but since it was accepted, I expected the same level of service as any other customer. If fulfilling orders so late in the evening is an issue, perhaps the restaurant should stop accepting online orders earlier to prevent staff from feeling overwhelmed and customers from feeling like an inconvenience.
As for the food, I ordered a Wagyu burger, which was just okay. I’d personally rate it a 2.5/10, though I acknowledge that I may not be their target audience.
Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I hope the restaurant considers adjusting its policies or staff training to improve customer interactions in the future.

This place is overpriced. My wife ordered a salad and order me some fancy Wagyu burger and tomato basil soup. Crap. Burger had no flavor. Soup was terrible. My wife liked her salad. Not worth $40 or so. Seriously irritating when I could cook something better at home these places need to step it up if they’re gonna charge that much. Avoid.
