I went to this store in the evening before work, and decided I wanted to take the tomatoes off of my burger. I pulled it off to find the side of my tomato facing the bun had mold on it. I was offered a replacement, but why would I accept a replacement when all the tomatoes could’ve been in the same batch or container?
My food also came cold, even though the guy at the counter bagged it where I could see it.

The young lady at the front counter was very rude the entire staff gave poor communication my “fast food” experience turned into a 20 minute stop for only three tenders literally no drink sides meals just three tenders and the tenders looked like chicken bites! The entire experience could have been better had they communicated properly! I was asked to pull up I did so and after sitting for ten minutes I went inside the little girl at the front counter said they take eight minutes ! Who told you that I was willing to wait that long ? There’s food next door tenders literally everywhere if I wanted to wait that long I could have went to chilis. Just give the customer the option is all I’m asking and when I asked for a refund I waited tried to be patient again when I asked how long on the refund the little girl yelled “its a process “ not only does this not answer my question it didn’t make me any more patient. Meanwhile she was talking on her cellphone and bagging food just unprofessional and not sanitary!

I visited this Wendy’s 2/28/25 for lunch. The guy at the counter, I could tell was new, but was very polite and courteous as he maneuvered through the pos. The manager Danielle, I believe was her name, was also polite! The food was fresh and hot, bathrooms were clean, and so was the dining room, the cups, straws, and lids area was clean as well. If you want to visit a Wendy’s that is not a hot ghetto mess go here!!! Thanks for a great lunch experience

Very clean restaurant. Service providers were polite and helpful. I marked the food down because it was Sunday afternoon around 4:00 and they were out of both baked potatoes and sauce for the bacon burger.

Just went through the drive-through. I have 30 minutes for lunch. It’s four minutes from my work place after being in the drive-through with only three other cars in front of me for 18 minutes. I had to leave, so no lunch today. No wonder only three stars on here surprised it has any management needs to go in there today, Wednesday, February 11 and fire everybody that’s in charge of the drive-through.

First time trying Wendy’s in this branch and the staff was super friendly specially I name the guy who made our food and took the order as well he was super nice and friendly, Akins Atrell he’s very friendly person. I will definitely try again soon something new in this branch.

I came on 9/17/25, manager explained that they were short of staff so my order would be a wait. She was very polite and helpful with assisting me in the drive through tonight. I waited no more than 5 minutes, and my food was hot and fresh!!! Syann and Bernice had great costumer service.
