I also had the Thai tea. Absolutely delicious, so creamy and good .
Lastly, the service was amazing. The waiters/waitresses were so sweet and made the experience even better.
Will definitely be going again!
I have ordered the A6.) Crispy squid / Mụć chiên Dòn as it was really crispy with a sticky batter that clings to the squid well. Along with an amazing sweet chili sauce.
And the show stopper. The 12 hour long simmered house broth in the N1.) Beef Pho with the brisket and Tripe (Brisket is a fatty steak type meat, with the tripe being a more lean cut at the bottom absorbing the broth into the meat.
The broth is such a rich, sweet flavor that pops by just the broth itself. But along with the crunchy bean sprouts and hot jabeneros if you choose with the lime on time. It melts all these masterful artisinal flavors into one amazing pot.
10/10 ☆ and the servers actually listen and are so fast!
You can get yourself some very delicious, homemade, and affordable Vietnamese grub at this place close to Costco and Target. You will enjoy the flavors and be back to try something new next time. We are SMITTEN!
We got the calamari. While I do believe it’s their batter, the rings were frozen so it was a bit chewier than I’d prefer, but it was tasty still.
The egg rolls are their version of fried spring rolls. They use the egg roll wrapper instead. They’re good, but neither spring roll or egg roll.
The pork chop with rice was good, but not Vietnamese style marinade on the pork. It’s Chinese style char siu (roast pork). Just a heads up. It was good for what it is.
Also got beef pho. Pretty good, not too much meat. The broth tasted sweet as if it has rock sugar added.
All in all, a good experience.
We actually loved this restaurant so much that we decided to come back a second time, as our last meal before we left Syracuse.
Should we ever come back to the city, this will be the first stop we’ll go to for food.
