This location has set a new standard for fast food service. A very low standard. I could have gotten served faster at the authentic Mexican restaurant across the street. You don’t go for fast food because of the taste, you get fast food because of the convenience and price point. It took 25 minutes to get a chalupa, nacho bell grande, and seasoned fries. The drive through wasn’t busy. There were 5 door washers waiting for their order. And there was 3 employees that came in to work. The place wasn’t very busy, but the service was extremely slow.

As a high school teacher with only 25 minutes for lunch, I rely on quick, friendly service—and this Taco Bell location never disappoints. Olivia and Ovionna (I may not be spelling this correctly) consistently greet customers with genuine warmth, even during the busiest rushes. Their demeanor is always calm, personable, and patient, making every visit feel welcoming and stress-free.
General Manager Josh clearly sets the tone for a positive work environment. It’s evident that his leadership fosters a team culture where employees feel valued—and it shows in how they treat their customers. The staff moves with impressive speed, handles corrections with grace, and ensures that everyone leaves with a smile.
This is hands-down my favorite Taco Bell to visit. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite between classes or stopping by after school, I know I’ll be met with kindness, efficiency, and care. Thank you, Olivia, Ovionna, and Josh, for taking care of your customers!

No bueno. Sometimes good service and people and sometimes bad. I usually avoid this location. The 75th location is usually on point. But here, it’ll probably be 1/6 times your order will actually be made correctly. Fr just make the drive to 75 street or go to Lenexa

Food was pretty good overall. I got the chicken quesadilla – the amount of chicken was kind a sparse. For the amount of money each item cost nowadays, you would think you’d get decent quantity. Quantity for dollar paid seems to be shrinking everywhere. Food pictures on the website (like many other restaurants) look so different than the actual product – less quantity, quality and consistency ☹️

I’m an old gentleman. I can’t seem to make fast decisions. When I go here through the drive threw. The lady is kind and patient with me, helps me place my order. The food is always fresh and most of all correct. Thank you Taco Bell

Horrible experience in the drive through, we were in the drive through line last night at 8pm for 34 minutes, and only 4 vehicles in the line, once we were able to order we then sat at the window for 12 minutes. Food was good but the lack of communication and how long it took was unbelievable. It is usually a pretty slow location but it’s gotten way worse

I don’t expect much from Taco Bell, but today I ordered their new BEEF nachos only to go home and find that I had literally zero meat They tasted pretty good even without beef though so excited to try them again with meat

I will say food was really good however when ordering from the drive through the person taking the order made me feel like I was a bother wanted nothing to do with taking my order and when I pulled up to pick up food (which again was really good) didn’t even make eye contact and looked very irritated with me.
I get it people have off days so maybe it was just that but for me it only takes one awkward time to know not to go back to an establishment.

Tacobell is just a gift from God. Spending money here represents positive reinforcement. They do something good like exist and I’ll spend money to show them they are doing good.
