Very frustrating experience. I told the employee at the counter that I only had cash and couldn’t use the ordering kiosks. She acknowledged it but left me standing there for about 10 minutes without helping me.
When I asked again, the slender woman working the counter was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering her just for trying to place an order. It honestly felt like I was being treated as if I was asking for something free instead of simply trying to pay with cash.
The manager looked overwhelmed dealing with the drive-thru and the whole place felt completely disorganized.
I ended up leaving without ordering anything. Restaurants should provide a full customer experience — and customers paying with cash shouldn’t be ignored.

I ordered through the app so quick so easy when I got there My table was ready I recommend do that every time now I was kind of a newbie addict but now I know that’s the best thing ever especially if you’re in a hurry and if you have children that are fussing order ahead

Slow service, bad service, missed the fries in order, lack of support from personnel and poor morale. Lots of upset patrons waiting in the lobby for their food. Visited on a Saturday at 1:30pm and took 30 minutes to get food from the counter even though I made a mobile order

Went thru the drive thru on December fourth around 7:00 pm to get some McRib’s and the drive thru were packed but I went to the left side and sat there for 15 mins and no one came on the speaker and the right side the ones came after me were getting serve before me I yelled and no one answers. They need to fix that issue cause it is not how to treat customers they should change the headphones on their heads to get the customers in the order they arrive. It is the second time I had to deal with it and last time I spoke to someone in charge and they did not give a crap about it nor wanted to listen they need to be retrain to serve customers

A big guy with curly hair work at the cash register around 11:15am, he is very rude. He certainly need to learn more how to greet the customers.

Definitely do not come even when it says open during late night. I had to make sure it was during all late hours and yeah. Not open at all when saying it is.

I went there and the McDonald’s was close at 5:40 am, I don’t understand why was it close when it opens at 5:00am, so I decided to call and the guy sounded rude told me that it was close because the food wasn’t ready, but I went there 5:40 am! Is very unprofessional to lie about the situation knowing that people love having McDonald’s coffee. People look forward for their coffee, when everyone is on a time crush! I won’t be going there no more! Just don’t go there and skip this location not the first time it has happen! I hope they bring light to this matter. Because being punctual is key to keep your business running.

This place is a joke, good luck finding it open 24hrs. I’ve been here multiple times at 11pm, 12am, 2am, and today at 4:30am, and they just have the drive thru lanes blocked off with cones. I don’t even know why they even advertise as 24hrs when they constantly close it. I waited 30 minutes before I canceled my order on the app and just left. Update your hours, you guys are clearly not 24hrs.

Very unsatisfied with the uncleanness of the fountain drink dispenser as I went to fill my cup, I saw a build-up of mold around the dispenser. When I went to notify any worker, they all looked as if I were crazy. I addressed who is supposedly the manager and showed him what I was talking about. He started to deny my request in showing him until he probably realized how many eyes were watching him while he was being confronted. The service was very unprofessional based on conduct.

I visited McDonald’s and spent $80 worth of food. I was denied extra sauce with my order, which added an extra cost. After spending $80, I only received two ranch sauces with my entire order.
