I ordered a meal for my wife at the drive through and upsized it. The meal came to about 15 bucks while I was at the drive thru Window paying for the meal, I asked kindly for a cup of ice water because I was parched, the girl made a face and said you need to give me 27 cent. After I spent 15 bucks I can’t get a complimentary cup of water? She stated at this is COMPANY POLICY. I understand if I was not purchasing anything And I just wanted a couple of ice water , 27CENT is not a bad deal , but I spent fifteen bucks , and i’m paying customer , I should be able to get a complimentary cup of ice water without attitude. This is trash customer service, therefore I would consider this restaurant trash as well.

Did an online order, only to show up and the doors were locked and they told me “give us ten minutes” through the window. I waited ten minutes (past my order time), and when I tried again, they yelled at me that inside was closed, I had to wait in the long drive through line, and when I pointed out that I had an online order that was past its time anyway, they rudely told me “we just turned our friers on” multiple times and then closed the drive through window while I was still trying to ask. As if it was my fault they didn’t have the friers on at 5:30pm and let people’s order pile up somehow?

Poor service experience. I waited patiently in the lobby, but no one greeted me or acknowledged the customers already waiting.
The cashier was busy chatting with the staff instead of assisting guests.
While I stood in line, another person walked up and was immediately served, with no effort made to ask who was next. I felt completely ignored, and the lack of attention to basic customer service was disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Zaxby’s. The wait time was extremely long — over 30 minutes — and when we finally received our food, it was cold. The restaurant was also very dirty; the tables were not cleaned and had grease on them. The staff seemed very slow and unorganized, which only made the wait worse. Overall, the service and cleanliness were unacceptable, and I do not recommend this location. Bad bad bad bad
