I’ve been twice now. The first time, I accidentally called it a “chocolate concrete” and got a vanilla blizzard with the candy bits I wanted. Got a stank face from the woman at the drive through when I said something about it being the wrong order. The next time I went, I got a “chocolate blizzard” and cheese curds. Apparently a “chocolate blizzard” equals a vanilla blizzard with chocolate sauce, and they just didn’t ring up the cheese curds. I’ve been to plenty of DQs and this is a first. Incompetence at its finest at this location. Avoid if possible. Go to Culvers.

Had a $25 Gift Card from Christmas. Not only did they mess up my order twice in one day, the eat in visit was extremely bad. Rude staff, Cold food that wasn’t delivered in a timely manner.. I haven’t been to DQ in a long time just because it’s out of my way. Now I don’t think I will be coming back for a different reason.

Fast and friendly service at the drive thru. The fries was fresh out of the fryer. The burger was well put together and juice. Patties were not overcooked and dried out. Sprite was nice and crisp with flavor. Wasn’t water down or flat. Keep up the good work team Dairy Queen. Great job to everyone who was on duty at that time.

This is the worst dairy Queen so far. Employees have their kids in the store, which explains why they don’t have the orders ready. Management doesn’t seem to care, just sitting talking to his friend while orders are backed up. Need new management ASAP

Just left to this location due to them not making my order incorrectly on Friday. Not 1 wet floor sign in site on the wet floor. Had to call a manger via phone to come take order and still no order was taken. You can review the camera. DQ has definitely fallen off. Manager didn’t even seem to care that we were standing there nor did the other employees. Definitely walked out and shall not return to this location!!

The Blizzard I ordered was great, but the drive-thru experience could use improvement. The young girl working the window seemed frustrated and did not engage with me during the process, which made the interaction feel unwelcoming. Friendly customer service is such an important part of the experience, and I hope this location can work on providing better communication and hospitality.

Well compared to the one in Garden City my sundae presentation was better and the young lady at the drive through was kind and respectfull, just like the lady in the drive through in Garden City. I liked them both. Adding a bit more ice cream would be ideal; that’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The taste was great! And because the presentation of my ice cream in Garden City was so bad; I will make the Dairy Queen on Stephenson In Savannah Georgia my place of choice.
