Mods in Ballard has gone downhill with service. The staff used to be fun and friendly. Today, both people working there were grumpy! It’s a quick and easy lunch or dinner. Nothing fancy but decent. I do like the outdoor seating!

Fairly good pizza,though it is ultra thin crust,not regular thin crust. Any toppings you want same price according to the menu board. It’s worth it if you want to mix up your pizza choices so you’re not always going to the same place and getting the same thing. It’s not like regular pizza in the sense that they seem to put on less sauce and toppings. But it’s definitely worth trying at least once. Good Ballard location good parking good atmosphere inside.

Pizza – 5/5 bang on! Yum, loved it. Created my own pizza, cheap price, free unlimited toppings (excluding meat).
Garlic cheese bread – 1/5! Bummer, tasted more like thin pizza with no cheese, no garlic! This has nothing to do with garlic bread . Could not even modify it in the app!
Service- 2/5. Fast- was ready before the pickup time. But not friendly staffs!! They were busy looking at the girls waiting near the counter .

Good pizza and friendly staff! I usually order online which is super convenient. But unfortunately, there are usually at least one or two mistakes in the order. The staff always offers to remake it, which I appreciate, but at that point I don’t want to wait so I just accept it as is.
I’d love to see a little more attention to detail from the staff, but the unlimited toppings and custom salads make MOD one of my go-tos in Ballard.

Used to love Mod Pizza and what they stood for. I was craving it so bad today and they had almost had it all ready for me. When I got to the register the total was $17.08. I left the house so quick and only had cash because I left my wallet at home. They wouldn’t accept my $20.00 cash due to there non-cash policy. I’m sad my mouth was watering when I walked in- Didn’t feel like the human thing to do but also not really there fault lol. Then it was like maybe the universe wanted me not to eat those calories but damn keep the whole $20 let me eat it’s almost cooked! Felt a little rude of them. Settled for a burrito at Taco Del Mar across the street.
Now we got a pizza that’s going to get thrown away and a man that left your place with his mouth watering.
P.S I’ll remind myself to erase this review in a couple weeks not my style to leave low reviews. Especially when technically it was a policy thing.
