It’s an all time favorite place to go to. It’s been part of the community since I could remember. The place to go when you were out and about after dancing or just to feel at home. The food is good and the prices on the vast menu is affordable. There’s a lot of specialty foods to choose from and all made to order. It’s a simple place and the staff are great. It’s open late and the music is great. There’s plenty of parking and is accessible to all. The whole family will enjoy eating here and it has accessible seating.

Hot and miss place for sure these days. Food and service. Would have passed after my last visit, but came for a reception after a funeral and was pleasantly surprised that the food and service was closer to what I remember of their glory days. especially since we were such a large party and only one server for about 25 people. I guess I’ll have to try again with smaller group. Anyway, tried the camarones al diablo which were tasty and really spiced, which I love and rarely find (spicy that is). My GF also tried the milanesa which was tasty. The beans and rice really set them apart this time. Everything was nice a fresh. Maybe it’s the time of day? We were here for lunch this time and last time was dinner and things didn’t seem as fresh. Anyway, happy to find an old haunt is still able to serve great food.

Not the same Ordonez I grew up on! Quality and flavor was lacking on my carnitas burrito and beef taco. Carnitas was hard and chewy and taco was greasy and not crispy. Tasted like it was fried in really old oil. My buddy’s asada was tasty but hard to chew. Best thing there was the guacamole. I really enjoyed the rest of my burrito, as the beans and tortilla was very tasty, so maybe just an off night for carnitas. Free chips and salsa were also really good to start off the meal, so not a complete waste, but was so looking forward to the flavors from my past and it just didn’t live up to those standards on this night. Will give it another try down the road since the service was really pretty good and chips and salsa kept flowing 🙂

My wife I and my sister in law went Ordonez Mexican restaurant to celebrate my birthday. It’s been many years we haven’t been to Ordonez Mexican Restaurant I can’t remember when but we came to celebrate my wife birthday. We step in the restaurant, and it looks very nice one side of the restaurant the other side is the bar and thing I not sure it’s been many we haven’t here. We walk in and we were greet by waiter and esort us to the table and he hand us the menu then we were look and decided what to order.
My wife order first she got the chili renello and chicken crispy taco it come with rice an bean and sister in law order the taco salad and I order the chile relleno with chicken crispy taco and we order a bowl of fresh guacamole and other order of chips and salsa.
The chips and salsa were very good the chips were nice and warm and homemade salsa was amazing good. I really enjoy the chili renello and chicken crispy taco and the rice and beans they prepare everything fresh and made to order the food was season well I enjoy it. My wife and my sister .in law enjoy their food and the mooguacamole was really good using high quality ingredients
After we finished our meal the waiter brought a flan for my wife. The flan have a good texture and sweet of the carmel. Overall we enjoy the food and the service the waiter was very friendly.

There’s nothing on the menu that I wouldn’t recommend. It’s all delicious! You are important the minute you walk in. They greet you and seat you immediately.
We showed up as a group of ten, without reservations. They attended to us immediately. They took our orders quickly and the food came out in a reasonable time. They have a full bar and their servings are generous.
I just wish they’d do something about the hill where we were seated. It’s a little dangerous, especially for older people who might loose their balance.
Also, waiters need to go back to writing down orders, especially when there’s more than 4 people in the party. Every single waiter at every single restaurant who tried to memorize our order has missed something.

Ordoñez is now under new ownership and the menu has been reduced. Many changes but they might bring back some crowd favorites. Please let them know what you’d like to see return to the menu on your next visit. Thankfully the service continues to be great as usual.

As we left we told the waiter you guys are taking to long he just smiled and said nothing.people don’t waist your money or time here. It’s not like before so sad. Nice place with good food. It’s not a romantic or cozy place, but the food is good and the margaritas are VERY good. Try out the spicy cucumber margarita, it’s so fresh and taste fantastic. Another tips is the mango margarita. We had great service and felt very welcomed. We usually go for breakfast here, Because the breakfast is sooooo good.

This is truly Authentic Mexican food to a T and you can’t beat the price!! The server’s are very nice and attentive! They also have a Bar if you need a drink! There is plenty of parking! I took my boyfriend for the 1st time today and he can’t wait to go again! It’s a nice restaurant, its clean. It has both Booths and tables. The bathrooms are maintained clean. Oh and did I mention this place is OPEN 24 HRS!! FORGET ABOUT king taco! Bomb Food at Ordoñez!!

My friend and I went for the tacos dorados they were good before, but this time it was a bad experience .
When we arrived, we were greeted by a server. She asked us to sit down and brought us chips and salsa, and later, she brought our drinks. Everything was good at this point, but after that, she took a long time to take our order.
Finally, she came back and took our order. we ordered the usual tacos dorados de papá and I ordered one crispy chicken taco.
Everything was bad.
The tortilla wasn’t crispy at all. It looked like they just passed on oil it was so greasy but not crispy.
The potato taco was just pieces of potatoes without any flavor. The chicken was big pieces of chicken not shredded and no flavor at all.
We won’t go back to this place.
