We’ve been living in Meriden for about three years now and have eaten here multiple times, mostly for breakfast — and it never disappoints.
The eggs are always prepared perfectly, whether in an omelet or on their own. The home fries are great, and the sausage links, corned beef hash, and French toast are all solid choices. You really can’t go wrong with breakfast here. We’ve also tried lunch, and the burgers are very good, plus they make a great meatloaf.
Whether we’re dining in or grabbing food to go, the quality is always consistent. The staff is friendly and caring, which makes the experience even better.
If you’re in the area and want some good comfort food, this is definitely a place worth stopping into. We’ll be back again for breakfast or lunch soon!

We stopped by on our road trip and it was inexpensive, fast, and delicious. I am very picky about eggs Benedict and it was done perfectly. My home fries were well done just like I asked. My husband got the pancakes and they were great classic fluffy pancakes. Amazing, solid diner food. Nothing crazy or innovative, just great classic food

I ordered this from doordash…Why does the french toast cost 9 dollars? Its just a regular slice of bread smothered in butter. The portions that they give are certainly not worth the price at all.

Hubby and I were nearby and decided to grab breakfast at this really small and cute diner with lots of parking in front, side and back. We didn’t know what to expect but there were already many patrons seated and it seemed some of them were regulars. The service was very warm, efficient, and personable. Our food and beverage were hot, fresh and delicious. And the prices were cheaper than the competition further down the street.

Gosh we loved the cozy compact atmosphere. Place was clean and music was on which not to loud! Food was served with big portions as expected and server was very nice lady who continually checked on us! Crab burger was juicy and flavorful!! Must try if you are into crab ! Food was reasonably priced!

If you’re driving near here… Do yourself a favor and stop in. I rarely use superlatives, but this was the best omelet I have ever had.

Breakfast was yummy. Stopped there for local football game. Took a chance and glad we did. Very friendly and a good sign is the local repeat customers. Would certainly recommend and go back if in the area again.

This quaint little diner is packed with family owned personality in the staff, service and food. Great tasting omelets, home fries were the best I’ve ever had. The Greek yogurt parfait was amazing with fresh fruit and honey! We will definitely be back!
