We came in with a large party of 12 on a Friday evening, we did call ahead to let the staff know what time we were coming and how many people we had so they were able to prepare. They got us all seated together within a short amount of time. The wait staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. They brought bottomless fries for the table and gave us time to read the menu and order drinks. A few of us had special orders due to allergies; they got our orders 100% right and served all 12 of us at the same time. The food was great, I recommend the hot honey pepperoni pizza. Overall a great experience!

Red Robin can be hit or miss but lately they have been pretty good. On this visit we ordered the bacon avocado burger, the wedgie burger and the onion ring tower. The burgers came perfectly cooked. The broccoli was not great at all but the sweet potato fries and onion rings were divine. I’ll definitely be coming back
What they do right: the food order was cooked wonderfully and the wait staff was extremely attentive even though we were seated on the patio alone!
What could use some improvement: better steamed broccoli? Not a ton to complain about here.

Delicious burgers. The mad love is a well balanced burger. Salty, sweet, and umami all in a soft delicious bun. The burger itself was juicy and delicious with just enough charring. Well done RR. My wife had the master cheese. The deep umami flavor and the nutty cheese flavor, with a delicious burger was just what she was looking for.
The restaurant was clean and at about half capacity. The amount of staff was crazy. We didn’t know who our serve was until they brought the bill. People were bringing us refills and checking on us, but our server was the one person I didn’t think was our server. The problem arose in the lull when we were eating and needed something, people were around and I didn’t know who to ask. Eventually I got what I needed and ate. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. I almost took a star from the restaurant for the awful parking, but I realize they have more to go orders than eat in because of the pandemic and that’s not their fault. Just expect to park on the side of the building.

Had a new waiter that offered us to join the loyalty program to get a free appetizer, we ordered the 9.99 meal then when the bill came found out the free appetizer wasn’t good with the 9.99 deal. Was a huge mess. Took 20-25 minutes just to pay the bill. Food was ok, burger was kind of soggy and fries were not cooked as well as I like them.

The staff were very accommodating, and friendly. They got our food in a very timely manner, with no mistakes on our order whatsoever! The staff also seemed to be very friendly with each other and worked well as a unit!
