Very great service at the sonic. Food always comes out quick. I’d recommend trying to jalapeño poppers and cranberry limeade. It’s pretty solid for a fast food restaurant. Also has a great very central location as well.

Well my son loves this sonic so my husband and I decided to go. The guy over the intercom was very quiet but then we get up there I just felt like the guy at the window was out of it. Our food was actually cold and soggy. But their fries were still amazing. So that’s why I am giving them this rating.

Sonic is usually pretty good, been to this location a handful of times, today’s experience will make me never go back again.
Pulled into their stall and waited for my food. Food came out quick, but they forgot 2 of my items. They sealed the bag so I never bothered checking until I got home. The quality of the food was also terrible. Very cold. I called the store to ask for a refund, got transferred to their manager who put me on hold for a minute and a half, then he hung up. I tried calling back, got hung up on. Tried 3 other times, got hung up on.
On top of all that, the customer support lady, who was very kind, couldn’t offer me a refund, even a partial refund for my missing items. She could offer rewards in the app but not give me the money back for the items I didn’t receive. She told me that the store would call me back regarding the refund. I understand that her policies don’t allow her to offer refunds, but that just plainly isn’t acceptable.

Yummy drinks and junk food that hits the spot. Love happy hour! Disgusting patio, nasty nasty tables with layers of grime and kitchen doors propped open inviting in vermin. Gross cement on the patio and walk way in urgent need of a good high pressure wash! Broken bench seat. Milk shake and service were good. Employee named Taylor was very kind.

I tried to order from one of the stalls and tried ordering pickle fries. I was told that those are no longer being served. I was trying to make sure she understood what I was asking for because I was literally reading off the menu. But she stopped responding to me. So then I went to the drive thru and got the same person taking my order. I tried to ask for the dill tots this time, and she realized it was the same person. So again, she stopped answering me. I felt like this was incredibly rude, so I got out to try to speak to someone else. Another worker came out and asked what the problem was. I explained what happened and he said he’d take my order. Since I was already told multiple times the pickle fries were no longer available, despite still being on the menu, I asked for dill pickle tots. And he said “well they’re dill tots, not dill pickle tots.” Seriously?? Dill pickle, dill, whatever. Same thing Lol at this point I was too frustrated about this whole situation that I just left without ordering. I know they could tell in my voice that I was frustrated, but I never once got rude back. But this was all so ridiculous, all over the correct way to say a menu item I’ve attached photos of your menu on stalk #5 that shows pickle fries.

My order was incomplete initially, so I had to leave my family to eat their dinner while I went back to rectify it. So, I missed dinner with my family and what they gave me barely looked edible. But thanks for putting the Coney dog on its side and making sure more of the chili and cheese was on the bun and not the hotdog, or whatever you call this pale thing. That was sarcasm. I’ll post a pic.
Also, in an attempt to make up the inconvenience, the manager gave me a sheet of coupons (like the mailers Sonic sends out), but they were set to expire the very next day. So, their solution was basically to hand me trash. The hotdog was enough trash, thanks…..

we arrived about a half hour before closing and attempted to order. i couldn’t even place an order for a single item as their was a slight communication issue, instead of continuing to work with us, the cashier said “one moment” and left. we waited for about 5 minutes, no response, and the order button turned off. i think the cashier was trying to wait us out for a half hour, bad service and i wouldn’t trust the food

Placed an order through the app. It has been over 30 minutes since I arrived, and I am still waiting in my car. Pressed the red button one more time to confirm I’m checked in. They got my name, said “ok” then cut off. As I’m writing this, I’m still waiting for my small order of 2 drinks and a snack. Watched a few cars come and go and I don’t know what I did wrong. What’s the point of ordering ahead?
