This was our first visit … and worried at first since the parking lot was filled to capacity for the most part but we got a table right away. We were a party of 5.
We were impressed when the food came out. Great portion sizes for the price of the meal… and service was amazing. Our server was very attentive and food came out quickly.
The reason I didn’t give more stars was because when we received the bill there was an 18% service charge. And when we asked what that was for, we were told because we had a party of more than 4 people. I have never heard of that for less than a party of 6 or more. I understand small businesses are struggling but communicating about extra fees would be helpful.

This is my second time trying Oh Que Bueno and realized that I hadn’t done a review. Well, let’s say there wasn’t anything that I can say from our experience. It was 4 of hours and we’re all shared food so we can have a variety of tastes. This is definitely an authentic Colombia Restaurant. Don’t let the outward appearance turn you away. You will miss out!

Extremely Disappointing Dining Experience,
I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the experience my party and I had at your restaurant today.
We were a party of five, and it took over one hour for our food to arrive. When it finally did, the order was incomplete, and one of the steaks was extremely dry and poorly prepared. Because the quality was unacceptable, I asked the server if the steak could be replaced or, preferably, canceled altogether.
Unfortunately, no member of the staff or management came to apologize or attempt to improve the situation. When I requested the bill, I noticed that my order was never taken out my bill just a 50% discount on that item and the gratuity had already been automatically added, despite the poor service and overall experience.
This was extremely disappointing, especially given the amount of time we waited and the lack of accountability shown by the staff. A simple apology or effort to address the issue would have made a significant difference, but none was offered.
Never go back.

One of my favorite Colombian restaurants I’ve been coming to for years and they always have great service. The menu has changed a bit over the years but never fails to offer great dishes and good coffee. The servers are always nice and I love the atmosphere. The pandebonos and quesitos and guayaba pastries are really good paired with their coffee. If you go for breakfast, it has to be before 11:30, as that’s when their breakfast options end. Overall I recommend it to anyone looking for great Colombian food at any time of the day.

Food name is something alpancha…not sure lol but is a lasagna of rip plantain filled with ground meat and topped w cheese. Big serving. Hubby had with rice , I did w their salad.
