I give up on this location. 3rd time in a row I ordered nothing but an unsweetened iced tea (still had to go park and wait for them to bring it out for some reason) and got a sweet tea instead. I’m diabetic so I can’t drink it. Also there’s always a bunch of kids smoking cigarettes right next to the door near the drive thru window. Doesn’t happen any other locations luckily. Poor management!

I’m not for the area and come by every other weekend . Very sad. I ordered a large smoother got a large cup but a medium portion. My fries were cold and soggy refried multiple times and some were hard . Food was also cold and so was my coffee , if I pay for my food I expect it to be fresh made and warm .

Went thru the drive thru for lunch today. I ordered 2 McDouble’s dressed like a Big Mac. The associate taking my order explained that it would be significantly less expensive if I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers because they are buy one get one for $1, it’s just .30 extra for the Mac sauce. Just wanted to say thank you for the great experience. If they wouldn’t have told me, I wouldn’t have known. Not sure anywhere else would care enough to do the same. I wish I would’ve gotten their name. Very considerate. Well done team!

730 am. No one in drive thru, but my truck is to tall. Had to go inside. I hate the kiosk.. had to use it as no one approached the counter while I stood there.. Where are all the smiling faces?
Kiosk gave me a blank receipt.

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I wanted to dine in like a normal customer, took a table number, but was told I had to pick up the food myself. It seemed like there weren’t enough staff. My order was packed as takeaway even though I didn’t ask for it. The food itself was also a letdown – just a dry piece of bread with chicken, no sauce or anything else. This is far from the quality I expected.

Deeply disappointed in my recent experience at this location. In typical fashion the kiosk did not print my receipt so I approached the counter where I was told by a younger man in a green shirt, if I want to order food I’ll need to use a kiosk and then walked away. Didn’t even give me a chance to say what I needed

I’m sorry you didn’t staff accordingly, but if you don’t want people ordering inside then simply shut the inside down and lower your over priced food.
The guy running orders to tables and outside in the blue shirt was amazing. He should be the manager

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was beyond rude, they were talking about customers completely unaware of their surrounding. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and they weren’t busy. Corporate or the owners should be ashamed of how their store is being ran.

Used drive thru just before 9am. Ordered sausage mcmuffin meal w large diet coke. Was asked to park. Waited 5 minutes before I went in as figured they forgot. Was given a bag with wrong sandwich and no napkins…wont go back for food again!

I processed an order online . My money was taken from my card by the app yet my order is not in store or showing up in the system. When I tried to talk to the GM he was very rude . When I tried to show him my money was taken he just walked away like I wasn’t even speaking to him.
Told me there was nothing he could do very rude as he walked away . I call the toll free number and they don’t see my order or where my money went. So my even bigger issues is where is my card information at . When I brought this up to the customer service people they couldn’t even give me an explanation of where or how their process worked . I will not be using the app or that location ever again .
