We have a home in Ripley NY but we live in Ohio. This is our stop on our way back home. It never fails, the bathroom is dirty and the staff inside is completely disinterested in helping you. I stood at the counter because I didn’t want to order at the kiosk and literally everyone ignored me. I even asked a person waiting for their food, if the could see me because I thought maybe I was dead!!! They literally would not help me! We ended up leaving and stopped at the McDonald’s by Presque Isle Downs. I am not old. I use kiosks all the time. Im not a jerky kind of person. I just didn’t want to use the kiosk because I didn’t have my credit card and I only had cash. I’m sure we will stop here again on our way home but its definitely not the good part of our journey!

I walked into McDonald’s and it felt like a training exercise nobody warned the trainees about, and somehow every employee reminded me of Jimmy and Timmy.
Everyone stared at the registers like they were ancient artifacts instead of buttons.

We refused to get food here after the wife seeing there restrooms and telling me there was fecal matter all over the stalls OH HELL NO DISGUSTING! And when she brought it up to management the said well we already cleaned the restroom today. Unacceptable period

I’m staying in the area and we have been coming almost everyday. The food, service and atmosphere is consistent. The coffee is always fresh, and if it’s not they will make a fresh pot before you get your cup. If they make a mistake with your food they corrected without any inconvenience to them. The bathrooms are always clean and eating areas.

I thought all McDonald’s were held to the same standards…this one is not. It was filthy inside; dining area and bathrooms. Garbage on the floors, ketchup and straws were empty. The toilet paper roll sat on top of the handicap bar in the bathroom. Drain flies on the walls. Soap was empty. One of the employees walked into the girls room, later when she came out, she explained in harried relief, “ok, that’s done!”. I thought she finally cleaned it. Nope. It didn’t look any different from when I went in the first time. The employees were all friendly enough but this place needs to be nuked and start all over again.

During a turn around snack stop on a long afternoon drive. Found something new for McDonald’s…. Basket of Fries and on special for $1. Great deal for a couple of fry lovers. Have yet to see anywhere else.
