Great food. We had the ribs, steak, shrimp, and chicken. Steak was cooked perfectly to order, shrimp was to die for. ❤️ Was a one hour wait to get in, but totally worth it. Ended up leaving with extra food. Super delicious and filling. The rolls were lovely and addictive. ❤️ Costly, but worth every penny.

We had a party of nine and were very pleased with our time here. Food was served hot all at the same time. Nice selection of drinks. They even had a menu just for nonalcoholic drinks and we had children so this was nice. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was festive. There were several birthday celebrations while we were there. I highly recommend.

My wife and I came in for date night, my wife has some dietary restrictions, our waiter Koda was very helpful, even returning to confirm the changes to her order, and then re confirming once her food was done. Was refreshing to level of care we received! Thank you for the great service!

Went here last night because my daughter wanted to have steak. At first I said I would’ve chose a different place, but I was wrong. My experience last night was great! The food was excellent and the place was as expected with music and saddle ride birthdays going on. The service was what really turned it up a notch. Our waitress Danya did an outstanding job. The way she presented herself at the table and remembered everything exactly. Our drinks were always full, it was just a great night out, so glad we chose to spend it at Texas Roadhouse! Thank you!

we went to Texas roadhouse for my friend’s 22nd birthday and everything was great! Pamela was our server and she was very attentive and sweet! The kitchen was slammed because of other large parties dining at the same time as us, so when we recieved a couple wrong sides and my friends steak was overdone, Pamela made sure everything was corrected and was very fast too! she even offered to take a picture of us at the end of the night! she is awesome!

I ordered crispy chicken salad but with the salmon option and NO egg.. I received a salad with salmon and cheese. No bacon, red onion or croutons. While eating found peices of egg. When I questioned my server I was told in a 1 1/2 of serving no one substituted the salmon for the chicken and went on to tell me that I misunderstood the menu. If you can’t substitute the salmon for the chicken, they should take it off the menu.

Music too loud. Couldn’t even hear waitress name. Went for daughter bday and rolls were over cooked and tough and her steak was undercooked. Waitress walked the steak all around the dining room before taking it to the kitchen to he fixed. Her dad gave her his steak. Good thing he did or she would have been eating her birthday dinner by herself
Oh They brought her ice-cream for her bday that was melted into soup and that was literally 30 seconds after her steak came back which still wasn’t right in the end. Her dad ate it anyway. Oh and everybody else at the table was done eating their meal by the time the steak returned. Made for a disappointing and horrible birthday experience for her. It will be a very very long time before we come back if we ever do. What should have made her feel special and like a treat was nothing but a gross disappointment. Try any of the other restaraunts in Marion. There are plenty!!!

The food was good as always; however, the music was so loud that we couldn’t carry on a conversation across the table. Our waiter brought out the wrong potatoes, didn’t refill drinks, didn’t bring more rolls when asked, gave us 1 carryout instead of the 2 we asked for and argued about it, made a refill to go when asked but brought out sweet tea instead of unsweetened. Waiter was trying but I think he really just couldn’t hear us. When we asked manager to turn the music down a little, he stated it was set at a mandatory company standard. 3 other tables were complaining as well. Music was dialed down a little but still uncomfortable. Using a decibel app it originally registered 106 decibels. After the consultation with at least 4 tables, the manager adjusted it down to 87 decibels. This sound level is above OSHA levels for a safe workplace without hearing protection. What should have been a great dining experience was made miserable. Never had this problem at a Texas Roadhouse before.

We got takeout the other night. The food was okay, it being takeout. The service was excellent! With it being a Friday afternoon/evening they were very busy, but our food was ready to pick up. Kennedy went through my order with me and bagged up some extra rolls for me. She was excellent with it being so busy!
