LeoGreta is an Italian Restaurant in Carnegie, just outside of Pittsburgh, PA, run and owned by Chef Greg Alauzen. LeoGreta uses local and the freshest ingredients, much made from scratch in the restaurant itself (including it’s PASTA-YUM!). The menu is small but tasty. Chef and his staff try to make you feel like you are at home, focusing on you and the food. Our food is made from the heart and we hope you enjoy!

What a great experience. The food and service is top notch. Fresh pastas made on site. I recommend the Cavatelli and Sausage or the Linguine Carbonara. Save room for the desserts. Also try the Grandma’s Bread Pizza as a starter.

I went with friends to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Parking was available – always a plus. The wait staff and hostess were friendly and welcoming. We had reservations and were seated immediately. The food was delicious and our waiter checked on us frequently, but didn’t hover. We went to their bakery to choose desserts and it did not disappoint. The desserts were as beautiful as they were delicious. It was a great experience and I’ll dine there again.

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at LeoGreta. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free. Brittany, the venue coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was knowledgeable, kind, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her support made the entire planning process feel easy and enjoyable.
The day-of staff was also amazing. Everyone was so professional, attentive, and kind. We truly felt cared for the entire day.
The food was outstanding. Our guests are still raving about it! We also ordered our wedding cake through LeoGreta’s bakery, and it was hands down one of the best cakes we’ve ever had. People haven’t stopped talking about how delicious everything was.
We’re so grateful to the team at LeoGreta for helping create such a special, unforgettable day!

Great family-owned Italian restaurant in the heart of Carnegie. The homemade pastas and secret family recipes make this place truly special. Service is friendly and attentive. Even without a reservation, there is plenty of seating in the bar area or the other two main dining areas that are next door to their bakery and dessert bar. Portions are adequate – we can usually finish our meals without needing to-go containers, even when sharing a house meatball (highly recommend!). But make sure to save room for dessert, because their tiramisu and cannolis are not to be missed.

Really good manicotti. Bean dip a little bland, needs more garlic. Meatballs had good taste, however, my opinion is they should make them a little more moist. They were hard. Sauce is good. I am almost full blooded Italian, so I am picky.

My Boyfriend and I went for dinner 2 Saturdays ago. Just outstanding!! It was our 2nd time there . We called last minute to get a reservation but they were booked. We got 2 seats at the bar! Excellent bar tender. She was very busy and very good. It was refreshing to have someone so happy as well.. Food was delicious!
While we were there we visited their bakery. It was my son’s birthday yesterday.. I ordered Him a cake. Not only was it beautiful but delicious. Highly recommend mouse filling and icing. We chose that over buttercream. I’m definitely using LeoGreta Bakery again !
