I had the Grass fed bison ribeye, grilled on a grill(which I love) not griddle. Flavor was good, done properly but due to the leaner cut of bison vs beef I’d favor more rare(nobody’s fault). Could use more salt!

Wife had the prime rib, was done perfectly to liking, could use some more flavor, seasoning/salt/ or smoke. It was also a little tough, not very tender.

The asparagus was wonderful, cooked perfectly, grilled hot and fast. Not soggy, chewy or floppy!

Would recommend. A little high price but you do get a fair bit of quality food!

Delightful restaurant & excellent serviceby all the staff. Delicious dinner of prime rib & 3 bears meatloaf, with very plentiful portions. Very good salads & dressings plus bread rolls. And a Cold Smoke ale to top.dinner off.

Our server, Ryan, was great. We really appreciate that he came to tell us the cook had to leave, so our food was going to take a little longer. He was very profession and a great server! Ryan made great food recommendations and the food was excellent! He made sure our coffee and waters were topped off and checked on us often. It was a great experience! We ordered the Breakfast Sandwich (huge portion size) and crispy French toast.

Just outside west park entrance along “restaurant row”. Food was good. I had the broasted chicken ($26) which had four smallish pieces of chicken in a wonderful buttermilk batter crust. My son had the bison burger ($22) and my wife had a bison and elk skewer appetizer and brie appetizer for her meal. Adventure food.

Absolutely loved our dining experience at this restaurant! The menu offers a fantastic variety, and every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The food was not only delicious but clearly made with care and creativity—hats off to the amazing chef David! The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made the entire evening feel relaxed and welcoming. From start to finish, everything was top-notch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable meal and exceptional service. Thank you for a wonderful experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Holy cow! This is my new favourite place to eat in West Yellowstone. The food was phenomenal! I had a cedar salmon with huckleberry and my partner had bison pasta. It was so delicious! Big portions too! We were served by Rod (I think that was his name) and he was super friendly. He was very at ease, great recommendations, naturally easy to talk to and ask questions about us. It was such a great experience. We will absolutely be back when we are there again

The food was VERY bland and flavorless. The seafood scampi was watery and the noodles were over cooked and tasted like they had been left in a warmer. The seafood portions were nice though. The trout was also flavorless and needed salt. The asparagus tasted like it hasn’t been seasoned at all. The It’s not worth it for the price you pay. We did get the hummus platter and that was pretty good. The service was good and drinks were always topped off.

Food was absurdly good, best I have ever eaten. Service was great, everyone was super nice and frequently checked on us to make sure all was good. And the atmosphere was very calm, the interior design is fairly simple but well decorated and there wasn’t loud music being blasted or anything like that. Not cheap but well worth the price.

This is the third time I’ve eaten heat and a similar experience.
Got the impossible burger tonight and I think they just used whatever vegetarian patty they got for cheap at Costco. You only get one fill on your drink so savor it. Other than that it was freaking freezing in there. The waitress was nice but hardly present. The restaurant seems like it could have such a nice place but at best it’s….. MEH!!
