I have tried this taco bell several times. Every time something is wrong, or the food is a wreck. Last time it looked like an MMA fighter punched all of my tacos. And my nachos and cheese were just 5 loan chips thrown in the bag. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Barberton one.

i have been to this taco bell location MULTIPLE times, and every time i order here, they never fail to mess it up. i just went there this evening and ordered 2 CHEESE quesadillas, nacho fries, and some cinnabon delights. At the speaker, the employee failed to ask me if i wanted any sauces, never got my mild sauce. Then, I pull up to the window for my order, i check everything in the bag and see it’s okay, and then i drive home. I arrived and opened my quesadillas, only to find out they gave me chicken. I don’t want to drive back to the establishment, so i just picked off the chicken, but my quesadilla still tastes like it. Now i’ve just waisted 22 dollars on something i can’t eat. They’ve messed up like this before, failing to give me my nacho fries, only giving me one thing from my order, etc. i’m sick of it. the employees are rude and disrespectful, only occasionally will you actually find someone who doesn’t give you a dirty look when you tell them something is wrong with your order. i’ve gone inside before and the place looks absolutely disgusting, and the employees barely pay attention to people inside. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worst taco bell I have ever been to. I have been vegetarian for 8 years and this taco bell put meat in every item i purchased. I got a CHEESE quesadilla and a taco salad with NO MEAT and made it very clear to them that I did not want any meat in my order. I didn’t even realize what was in it, because this has not happened before. I then tried to call them because I wanted a refund and they never answered. Call after call and no response from them. I know this is a chain restaurant, but how horrible can you be at your job if you can’t listen to directions AND answer the phone. I want a refund.

Always get cold food, always sit in the drive through for 20+ minutes & my orders always come messed up. Take the extra 10 minutes drive to the Norton location, it’s much better.

The food here was so amazing it had me drooling before even biting it. The mere scent was so mind-boggling amazing I needed to know who made it. Turns out who made it was an amazing worker that I eventually learned whos name was Evan. When I bit into the food the flavors were overwhelming. And the service was amazing. Not to mention how clean the seats were. And the overall place seemed so inviting and cozy. After dining in, I rate it a 5/5. If I could rate it more I absolutely would. Everything was a great experience, and the person who made my food was very nice and kind. I would eat this place for all 3 meals of the day. My favorite food was the nacho fries, and the classic baja blast. This was my first time tasting taco bell and it was definitely an amazing experience. It was overall pretty cheap for the size of my order. And I will definitely come again!!

When I went last week, they were not open at their posted hours. I pulled into the drive thru a little after 12 am last Friday and was told that they were closed over the speaker. Posted hours say open until 3 am. Went down the street to Norton Taco Bell and they were open.
