You can always tell when they are not on top of their service game when you walk in and wait 2 minutes before they even recognize you and you look up at the order screen and they have orders that are 10 minutes long and running. They didn’t have my to go order ready by the time I arrived and they wanted me to continue to wait. Disappointed with this fast food service. Had to cancel.

Drive through employee not super friendly. The biggest kicker to me was he asked if I wanted sauces. I said some mild and some green. He informed me (after I paid) that it is 25 cents a pack. Are you kidding me. If you go anywhere else it doesn’t cost extra. In fact many have a salsa bar to get what you want. Del Taco higher ups need to figure this out. A quarter a packet is not acceptable. I was surprised he didn’t solicit for a tip too . My burrito was over done and dry.

It’s a good restaurant this one in particular, though seems like they rush to making the food. I ordered the new epic, guacamole burrito and only the last bit had guacamole on it. If they would take their time a little more and make the food properly I would give it more stars but overall it was OK. They do have handicap parking and handicap capability in the bathroom.

WTH is going on with Del Taco? No sauce packets, no liners on the tray if you stay and eat. My fries came out laying on the tray.. who knows when the last time the trays were washed.

This is the best Dell taco I’ve ever been to. The people who work here are always super nice haven’t messed up my order once in over a year of going here and it’s always fresh food. Rs who ever the owner is they are definitely careful about the quality of food that comes out of here. As for any other locations and of Dell tacos I can’t say. I don’t typically give reviews unless it’s exceptionally good experience. If you’re in the area I’d definitely recommend you give this location a try.

When you assign an employee to the window, explain them that they need to speak clearly and pay attention to their job. The guy was talking like his tongue was very heavy and gave me the order wrong. I went to the drive-thru again and told him and he just argued with me. I have no time for that. DelTaco won’t loose a costumer, but at least I’m not going back to that location.

The food here is always very fresh and the service is outstanding. The staff is always very courteous and they literally never get your order wrong. The guacamole is fresh and not too salty (fast food places never seem to get guacamole correct!).The new chicken fingers and fries box is a perfect meal too. The chicken is never greasy and the sauces are yummy.
